What an amazing recent experience I had at O'Connor Good Guys.
No joke I had toget a new ph due to significant problems (Flat and could not charge to transfer details)
Craig who was not the selling agent spent an incredible 2 hrs assisting me transfer details to new ph and setting up.

Having recently purchased an oven, hot plate, dishwasher, microwave and Range-hood, I have spent quite a bit of time at The Good Guys O’Connor in recent months. Each time I visited and asked for advice I was met with professional, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The customer service I received from Brigitte, Peter and William was wonderful and much appreciated.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Sale wasn't even for their store and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND TO DO EVERYTHING!

Rather than write a review only when service is poor, I am realising the importance of mentioning when service is good: today I had my dishwasher installed and the contracted persons did a fantastic job, showing both respect and professionalism. 5 Stars!

We purchased an air conditioner unit with basic back to back installation through The Good Guys O’Connor. To say we hit a few hurdles would be accurate (with COVID, a questionable contractor, a faulty product) and this meant that between us purchasing the Air-conditioner in store and it actually being in our home working there was approximately a 6 month delay. However, as each issue arose I was able to communicate with the store manager and find a resolution to the problem. The manager and staff were professional and proactive. We very much appreciate the level of service provided. We will head to this store first when purchasing electrical equipment in the future. Thank you to the staff at The Good Guys O’Connor.

Yesterday I needed a specific remote, I rang the good guys and Sam said he had the one I needed.
I arrived 30 minutes later and a cheerful young man introduced himself as Sam. He remembered and passed me the remote..
Way to go Sam. It was also less expensive than I expected.

I have visited many competing stores over a month whilst researching big ticket kitchen items for my elderly dad’s house. Of all the sales people I spoke to, Peter D at TGGs in O’Connor WA was by far the best in terms of knowledge, helpfulness and customer service. It was by chance I popped into this store because it happened to be near my husband’s work, but I am so glad I did and felt great confidence with Peter that I drove my dad 45mins from the other side of the river to finalise a selection and place the order with him. Dad reckons Peter truly is a Good Guy. I agree! He really knows his stuff, and across many different products - not just the kitchen. We will be back before the year is out to purchase more for dad’s house and even if we need to wait a while just to receive Peter’s help, I will gladly do so. Thank you Peter (from Casper & I)

Great experience, bought a fridge from The Good Guys, O'Connor. The salesman/staff named Will gave me a great price, was nice and professional for any issues that I have. Definitely recommended. Keep up the good work. Even the store manager was very polite and well mannered too.

Huge and spacious, loads of cool random handy stuff. Brother and wifey purchased a kettle and a 4-slice toaster they were on sale from what I could see $69 each and both matching, classic 50s style they chose opaque or beige I think. To match their new cute kitchen in their new huge house in Hammy Hill. Very pleased with them. Love you guys! I was stuffed around by another computer store for over 2 months, waiting for a microsoft laptop that was never even sent. I went into good guys O'Connor and within a few days I had one in my hands. Big thanks to the sales manager Samuel for the assistance.

This place has everything! It only took me five minutes to locate the microwave oven I was after. I was wondering how I was gonna get it to my car, but they have that all sorted with Pick-up bay out back. So nice not deal with that overwhelmed feeling you get in other appliance stores.

The advice I needed, good service and a good product - that's why I'm here writing this review.

I went to the Good Guys the other week looking for a new phone, they had brands some of the other retailers didn't. When I told Gary C, the sales person in the phone area, what I wanted he directed me to the Samsung A30, which hasn't been out that long, and doesn't have that many reviews.

Well, the phone has turned out to be great. So, thank you Gary, and the Good Guys, and thank you Samsung for a good phone (the best I've owned).

At the end of the day it really depends on who gets to serve you. Most of the people I've managed to deal with at the Good Guys were very helpful and knowledgeable on the products they were selling. make sure you go in and ask for a good deal! These guys really do know their stuff!

I called many Good Guys stores in Perth asking for help regarding a GoPro camera and they were all quite indifferent to helping me. Whereas Mark here was the only person that was extremely kind, nice and helpful over the phone and in person, he is just the perfect person you would want helping you in customer service. Thank you Mark :)

I have been several times there and it is always good. Today I went to replace my fitbit because it was too big for me and they did without any problem. After I asked for some advice about a car holder and i got very good tips.

Fabulous service. Got exactly what we wanted and the staff were incredibly helpful - especially as it was 8 pm and we wanted next day delivery on a Clearance Fridge, plus discount! The delivery man went above and beyond to help me install the fridge - it was impossible to get through the front door but he managed to get it through the side. Not a scratch on the fridge! Humming sweetly in the background now, getting all cooled down so I can finally go food shopping. Bought the Sharp 624L SJF676STSL french-door and I'm almost happy my old one died!
