United Petroleum Wingfield (Pie Face)

I was greeted warmly by the girl working there. She had a big smile on her face and a cheerful demeanour that instantly made me feel welcomed. As I approached the pump, I noticed that she was constantly making sure that all customers were attended to promptly and efficiently. Despite the busy morning rush, she managed to keep a calm and positive attitude, which was extremely refreshing to see. Every time I visit there she always offers me pies and coffee. I appreciate her efforts and customer service

9/7/24 I rung the door bell and the attendant just continued on his phone and ignored my request to enter, obviously his phone is more important than customers and the business. Entered finally and the coffee machine is not working properly and attendant doesn't understand how to properly refill the milk so I had to have a black coffee and it tasted horrible guess they don't clean it ever.
10/7/24 returned again to make a coffee and pmce again the machine isn't working properly and the mocha powder wasn't filled so it just poured a watery coffee so I just left it there I'm not paying for a scrappy coffee.
Attendant should have enough time to run a clean and refill all the milk and other options at the start of every shift.

One person provides the service, and another person—who isn't even wearing a uniform .He was really impolite to the customers. When I asked about the prices, he responded in a most impolite manner. like as "go and check by yourself if you're not sure," etc. English it's not everyone's native language, but you should learn how to greet and assist customers if you work in customer service.

Purchased a mega beef sausage roll yesterday and assumed it would taste similar to other sausage rolls but no, it had a weird flavor but wasn't too worried. The worry was 12 hours later when I was emptying the contents of my stomach into a toilet bowl via mouth. There was nothing else that could've done that as it was all I had different from other family members. As it was my 1st Pieface experience, I definitely won't make that mistake again and will be letting others know including health inspectors.

I’ve never heard of a service station not having a toilet for customers to utilise or even staff.🤷🏼‍♀The female attendant informed me that there is no toilet on site even for staff to utilise🧐🤥

Beef & mushroom pie basically flavoured gravy, few small pieces of mushroom rest gravy.
2litre milk highway robbery prices.
Maybe all new/ renovations but same attitude.

Rip off.... sign advertising 2.07 ltr for diesel, pump price is 2.09 ltr.. didn't realise until I'd fuelled up . Took photos and will be contacting consumer groups...
I wouldn't go back...
