I emailed the Pool Shop with a query on an online order on a Sunday afternoon, Dave not only called me back straightaway but took the time to explain all the parts I needed to service my pool booster pump.
If you value traditional, expert customer sales service coupled with very competitive online pricing you can't fault these guys. Highly recommended.

Bought a product from here which we installed in our tenant's place. Tenants reported back that unfortunately product didn't seem to be functioning well which is no fault of the Pool Shop.

A concern when buying on- line is always whether you will get after sales service if needed. I experienced some problems with my Rebel 2 Pentair cleaner which I purchased nearly 2 years ago. Dave from the Poolshop could not have been more helpful in very promptly dealing with this and in liaising with Pentair to forward a Tune-up kit to me under Warranty at no cost . I have dealt with the Poolshop for some years now and this experience gives me the confidence to continue doing so. Great customer service Dave and Pentair.
