Nick Scali Furniture

Purchased our Dellas 3 seater from Nick Scali in Shepparton. Great customer service. Staff worked great as a team to get the sale to move a bit faster as we told them we had an appointment straight after.
Couch was delivered 2 weeks before expected. Installed in our room and we have used for a week. We can say it very comfy and we will recommend to others 😀😀

Awesome service at Nick Scali. Always super friendly and smiling when you enter the Shepparton store. Very helpful and happy to answer any questions you have. I have quite a few pieces of furniture and two rugs now and just love them. Will be purchasing more soon.

After a little set back with an ex-staff member the rest of the staff went above and beyond and I got a beautiful couch at a great price

Do not buy with Nick Scali!!! After multiple calls to book a mutual agreed delivery date the store manager assured me my requested date was arranged even though the text messages said a different date! No delivery, as they said I wouldnt confirm! Now they are holding my furniture refusing to deliver. A week later and store manager wont respond either.
