Amazing! I was distressed when I arrived at the store because I lost my cat. The muscled asian (likely Vietnam veteran) owner of the store found my cat and cured my lupus. Thank you for your service.

I was a little confused at first when driving on to Sydal St from Caloundra Rd as to where the entrance was to the store.
You have to drive around and take the drive way on the right, behind the store and park up. On the day there were deliveries so the van was hiding the entrance (back corner of the building).

Huge range of products at probably the best prices in town from medication to supplements, perfumes etc

Staff are pretty good on their knowledge of things and helpful.

Helpful staff and friendly cashiers. Good range of vitamins.

Great bargains, current sale is extensive with the current cost of living saved so much money on makeup, vitamins and perfume. A young lady Camille was very helpful to both myself and my daughter. She had a very extensive product knowledge especially when it came to probiotics, prebiotics and natural remedies. Had such a great school holiday experience for both of us.

One of the Lovely Ladies there went above and beyond to find me some hair wraps/sleep turbans that were showing in stock but hadn't been unpacked due to staff illness. I felt really bad for all that effort for $15, but I was really grateful that she was willing , rather than fobbing me lff. Credit to the store

Charmaine is one of the ladies working on check out today. An absolute asset to your store. I watched her go above and beyond for every individual customer including myself. She had a bright, beautiful smile and was very genuine in her care and approach she took to ensure everyone left happy. I hope she is recognised for her efforts!

Massive chemist,sometimes the line at the till gets a bit long but hey...I'm in no hurry

Been there a few times now and I needed some assistance a couple times.I had a helpful assistant Charmaine help me a couple times now and I must say the best service and advice ever. I drove from 2 suburbs away as it’s worth the drive to get such good service these days. Thank you so much for your help today Charmaine 😊

I would like to commend one of your staff. Yesterday I went into your store unsure of what I wanted.
Melissa came to my help offering me a wealth of knowledge. I left your store feeling confident and extremely happy. I took here knowledge aboard and I implemented it last night. I am pleased to say that in a 12 hour time frame ( since talking to Melissa) the injury I am treating looked a great deal better. Would you please pass my comments on to Melissa. You have a real star on your team.

This RV is for staff members Michael and Kay.
On Friday the 10th we purchased a Revitive Circulation Booster. I was unable to submit the warranty details.
Kay was supportive, however I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Michael who I spoke with on Monday the 13th.
Michael spent copious amount of time trying to help me to be able to submit the warranty details, even though I know they are all busy.
Thank you very much Michael.
Initially on contacting Revitive by phone on Sunday , I was advised that the number was disconnected. Michael with another staff member did phone Revitive and advised me of the same.
On phoning Revitive I was advised that they are have problems with their web site and took my details for registering my warranty.
May Michael and the Team at Chemist Warehouse have a Blessed, safe and joyful Christmas.

I wud like to add to the previous review about Melissa. She has repeatedly given me the best ever customers service. She is an absolute gem with amazing product knowledge. Will be back for sure.

Alexander is my go to man here! Best customer service, always a smile and a laugh and pumps scripts out quickly! Alexander is an asset to your team at Caloundra.

I visited this store today and found the staff very helpful and informative..i bought make up and also a young guy on registers was polite and spent time sorting out a refund for me 🙂

I rang this branch up after a pack of travel bottles that I paid for weren't packed in my bag - I wanted to know if any staff members lived near me could drop them - to save me the 30 min trip - the manager dropped them off that same afternoon along with a pack of lollies- this was service above and beyond- thank you very much

This Chemist is always in stock of what you need with pretty reasonable prices. Car parking can be a bit sought after sometimes though.

Always helpful with low prices, wait time are not too long.

Just called an asked for advice in regards to iron tablets and got straight through to the pharmacist! Awesome, efficient, informative. Thanks!
