Best ever service, first time buying from Plusarrows and had problem with part ,sent email with photos at 6pm Thursday night to show issue. I was emailed back at 8.30pm [outside business hours] and offered full refund or replacement or keep and get partial refund and David advised he had emailed his supplier with a not happy n please explain. I had chosen to use the part and take partial refund but at 6am next morning I got another email saying full refund had already been sent, supplier is replacing David, s stock and I could keep the part. All sorted overnight outside business hours for a customer with no sales history, David was clearly shocked by the problem and went above and beyond to sort asap. Best support and back up service ever.

I have received Outstanding service from the Plus Arrows team.
I ordered wrong weight rubber blunts. Sent a panicked email. The team immediately rectified my mistake and got item out to me super quickly.
