A much easier place to shop now that the new escalators are operational. Easy parking with good wheelchair access via lift from the upper and lower car parks.

Good price needs more staff at checkout but very easy to navigate in and out of the store staff were very pleasant

Found the best 2 cup glass coffee bodum at woollies and my mornings 🌄 are looking fantastic.

Good looking place.

It is always a pleasure to shop in Stocklands, Earlville, Woolworths. Their staff are like all Woolworths staff. Friendly and polite. My last shop there saw the cashier actually zip up the chiller bags I brought along. First time ever this has been done. I did not ask, nor expect this but since thinking on it, my last few prior trips for shopping had resulted in a couple of items falling out of my same bags on to the ground. Biscuits therefore smashed.
Not only that, this lady also asked if she should lighten the load in the bag she packed, as when she lifted it she noticed how heavy it was. She saw I was elderly. I do need this lightening of loads not because of being elderly, but because I have a lifelong back injury. Usually I have to ask each time. That human element of someone noticing and enquiring about your needs as an older person are the things that older people need in their lives. Usually I get to my car, find another bag and repack it, to lift it in my boot.
Younger people ALSO do not get to experience this warm human interaction while packing up their items at self serve which I use myself unless a shopping is to large to balance on the tiny self serve shelf.
Excellent Customer Service always will win out over self serve in the long term as customers will march to any store that offers them a good human interaction experience when they do have to use a cashier. As well as that there are good regular specials if you spend time on the app or instore to find them. The store is always clean. Good fruit and vegs. Good meat and deli.

The deli staff are excellent especially Karla she is so efficient,she should be awarded the best staff member of the month and the year, you can see that she loves to come to work and she just puts so much effort into her daily tasks,well done Karla. 👍

This Woolworths is nice and welcoming. Which I really appreciate, definitely would recommend shopping here.

Decent size grocery store. The store is always clean, tidy, well organised and well stocked. Staff are helpful.

I was very happy. Picked up some specials, Mark downs. Asked for help at the self serve. The ladys were very helpful and polite to this old lady. Tyvm

Love the deli and the meat section. Much better than the other big supermarkets

Always great service. Big thanks to the bakery department making sure the family had hot cross buns for Easter.
