I was absolutely thrilled with my experience and purchase today from the Dolce and Gabbana Chadstone store.
The sales assistant Catherine was informative and patient with my partner and I, and we didn't feel pressured in any way.
We returned to the store twice and received the same friendly service.
We had been into other stores, but felt that they did not have the non pretentious approach that Catherine did. She made us feel very special which was lovely. She also had great product knowledge.

Sarah and Naz the other sales assistants were also very friendly.

All in all, a memorable experience and I look forward to the same dedication, product knowledge and service on my next purchase.

I visited the D&G Chadstone store with my family today and been given the best customer service by multiple sales consultants. They were actively asking us whether we need further assistances from the start to the end. They even said “Thank you and enjoy your day.” when we were ready to leave.

It is one of the best shop in Chadstone that sell Italian brand. The service is good with the price reduced to half. It is an underated shop with good quality shoes and bag.

I came in a month ago to try on some hand bags for my birthday, Scarlette and Sarah were extremely helpful professional and a delight!!

Sarah gave me her number for further enquires &purchases, can’t wait to come back. She gave me so many compliments and even got me a nice cold drink.
