Baby Bunting Baldivis

This is my local store and I've been multiple times over the last year, and every single time the service is amazing. The staff go above and beyond each time, despite a few of my visits involving me asking lots of questions and taking up so much of their time. They have always been polite, patient, friendly and incredibly informative. I should get the names of those that serve me next time I go in, because it has been the same three ladies each visit so far, and their service deserves to be commended!

Neat and tidy store, easy to find what I am after and the staff are amazing and go above and beyond! I always recommend baby bunting in baldivis to family and friends for all their baby needs. Looking forward to my next visit!

No question was too big or small for her. With my 100 questions she showed me every single option, From pricing, Different styles, Even down to the exact measurements of A co-sleeper to fit the sheets.

Me and my partner are expecting our first child and went in to browse at the future items we need. Within the first 5 minutes of entering; beth asked us if we needed any assistance and provided us a complete walkthrough on exactly how to use items and what she would recommend, not recommending the most expensive products but instead recommending the ones that would suit our needs the most. With her amazing customer service it made what seemed to be a very daunting process very simple, and we are very excited to return. Can’t recommend beth enough!

She was very patient and didn’t seem bothered at all while I was taking my time & trying to figure out which pram I wanted and was a help where she could be. Kylie Kylie Kylie! This girl loves her job and knows absolutely everything about there products! Her service definitely makes it a one stop shop. I hope management realises her ability and advances her to upper management before she is head hunted.

I was very happy with the service I received. They were very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. They are a bit pricier but they have a large range of products on display and in stock.

The only reason for giving 5 stars is because of the amazing staff that work there. Best experience ever

Natalie answered all our questions and was amazing to deal with for nervous first time parents. Worth the extra travel for such great service.

Michelle, the car seat fitter, is a STAR. We would have been in the foetal position, sucking our thumbs and crying our eyes out, trying to install our two car seats. It was a difficult job, but she nailed it and really knows her stuff. Thank you, Michelle. you saved our sanity and our marriage!
