This 5-Stars review is for Chloe who deserves some recognition for her top tier customer service. She should be the prime example for anyone working in retail. Went in today to hopefully try out some baby carrier. I was just gonna go with what most people would get but Chloe went above and beyond and suggested me to try out a few more to get the idea of how differently they feel and why the extra dollar is worth it. I’m really glad she did that because otherwise I might have settled with something else that might not work well for me and bub. Thanks again for helping us today Chloe!

Whether you're a parent-to-be or looking for items for your little one, Baby Bunting has you covered. The staff was helpful, and the selection was outstanding. It's a one-stop-shop for all your baby needs! Will definitely be going back.

Very good after buy service.Got a breast pump set via online year ago.And two days ago it was broken down, after contacted product manufacturer and known it was still under 2 years warranty ,they suggested me went to the nearby seller store to seek for assistance.

Approached to a staff lady called Kuistan to explain my situation and she was so helpful and professional.She followed policy and procedures patiently to arrange the replacement for me and make sure I got receipt for reference .

Big relief as a breastfeeding mum need the pump to do the job 🤣.

I went to baby bunting shop at Myaree in the last min before the shop is closed today. I’m so lucky to have such helpful staff (Kristian , Tracy & Nathan) who is willing to go back to grab the items in the warehouse and process the payment. They could just not helping and finish work on time, but they choose to stay back and assist. Thank you all their effort!

She provided her honest opinion and went above and beyond to assist us with understanding each product and its features. We left feeling so confident and relieved that we made the right choices and selected the best products.

Best baby shop around! Friendly and helpful staff that are more than happy to help, even if you don't know what you're looking for. Product knowledge is superb and they have the vast majority of items. Specialist brand representatives are also usually around for any tricky questions if needed, or to fit a baby seat. Best sale periods are end of year and end of financial year, plus there is always their price match guarantee!

I knew I would forget her name as soon as I got home but I just wanted to give a shout out to the lady who had just done her training on baby carseats, she has beautiful dark brown curly hair. I always enjoy browsing this baby store. The staff are always so helpful and not pushy, just there if you need them and always really helpful when it comes to answering questions about prams and things. I find this store has a much nicer and friendlier atmosphere compared to babyroad across the road.

Had a pleasant shopping experience today even though it was peak hour. A lovely lady called Barb served me and answered all my annoying pregnant lady questions. Her product knowledge was amazing and she made sure I got discounts on items that I hadn't even noticed. Keep up the good work.

I had a really great experience at Baby Bunting! The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The store has absolutely everything you need to get your nursery set up and look after you baby. I will definitely be back
