I have recently purchased an item online. On unpacking, there was a defect that the store would not have seen. I was blown away by the high quality service from Tool Kit Depot and the online team. First, the phone rang only twice before being picked up. There was a friendly, responsive person on the other side who quickly addressed the problem to my satisfaction. I used the store because it had an item not available in NSW, but I know I'll use this business again in the future to order other goods I might even have considered buying in a similar store locally. Shout out to Thomas, Jessica and the online team who make the magic happen. Your online customers appreciate your commitment.

I put through online order I needed urgently, I made a mistake by not checking express delivery, (I'm 2.5hrs away in the country)

Just bought a welder and want to say a big thank you to Jim at Mile End for outstanding service. He provided great information on the phone and then in store I asked about several other items I'm looking to buy but needed more information on. He was friendly, concise, accurate (he didn't pretend to know something that he wasn't 100% certain on and checked it up for me)...and all without condescension which I and other women who use tools receive frequently enough from other retailers.

I've received great service every time I've been there (actually it might have been Jim who helped then too) and will be back for my next items soon. Also Jim has welding experience which was really handy in this case in particular. Thank you Mile End team!

I have worked in retail for over 40 year's and you rarely get excellent service anywhere. I rang yesterday concerning some AEG batteries I needed I spoke to Makayla, she went above and beyond to get me what I wanted as you didn't have them in stock, she sourced them from Lonsdale for me. I was called the same day to say they had arrived. Excellent service, Makayla is definitely an asset to your business and I will highly recommend you again, Thank you

I went t the store because my Stihl hedge trimmer wasn't working. I expected to buy a new battery. Jim pointed out that the blades were rusted and gave me a lesson in maintenance while he cleaned and filed the teeth of the trimmer for me ( at no cost). I am thrilled with the friendly and efficient assistance I received and will gladly recommend Adelaide Tools Mile End to all my friends.

I rang up whilst Adelaide Tools was having a sale and served by Adam. WHAT A LEGEND! The best service ever! He went above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed for the product I enquired about. He really knows his stuff! What great service!

Bought a 18v nailer that wasn't driving nails, took it to get checked out, Graham and Thomas were very helpful, inspected the tool and replace it with a new on the spot.

The staff at Adelaide tools Mile End go out of their way to offer the best service. I recently dropped off my festool sander to get fixed. Jess kept me in the loop with the process, had to wait for a part and then instead of sending it to Festool they were able to fix the issue in store. Many thanks to Gil for his expert fixing skills and Jess for the best customer service.

My family and I have been purchasing thousands of dollars worth of tools from Adelaide Tools Mile End since Rob. B took control of the floor at the new store. The relationship he has developed with us through his friendly nature, honesty, fantastic advice and high work ethic will ensure we stay and continue to purchase our tools from there. Rob. My partner bought oxy set from Total Tools. The cutting attachment was faulty so took it to Total Tools Elizabeth which they told us to take it back to Thebarton Total Tools which was also pointless and no help at all.
My partner went to buy a new one from Adelaide Tools on Railway Terrace Mile End. Told them about the whole situation with Total Tools and couldn’t believe it when Jim took it into his hands to help me and replace my item which only took 2 days.

Absolutely incredible customer service from all staff at Adelaide Tools Mile End! Thanks Again and I now only shop at Adelaide Tools.

Was looking for a very hard to find vaccum bag for a GMC Blower Vac and even Bunnings say NUP over the phone - but your happy chappy says go into Bunnings and the universal 45L Ryobi bag will probably fit - yes, CORRECT and thx Adelaide Tools.

I have been a customer since they were at Whitmore Square, however since retiring they were no longer my closest store. Following a poor experience at another store I visited their new store at Mile End and was amazed at the range of products. The great service was the same as the old store with the staff keen to help and provide great advice.

I needed a compressor asap, to keep my business running, they not only found me one, but it was already assembled ready to go. They went out of their way to get me set up. Great service guys, thanks Andy and Jim!

I would just like to say how appreciative I am of the help I received from Lazar at Adelaide Tools Mile End. I was after a specialised type of digital caliper, and even though I wasn't able to purchase this instrument from Adelaide Tools, Lazar went above and beyond to point me in the right direction of where I was able to source it. I may not have walked out with a purchase from Adelaide Tools today but I will definately be back for all of our tooling needs in the future. That type of service is hard to go past. Thank you Lazar

Excellent customer service from the minute i walked in the door until the moment i left.
Staff is friendly and helpful and spent as much time as i needed to talk me through every tool and option that was needed for my home renovations.
Hightly recommend if anyone wants personal service.

Great customer service, was looking for a milwaukee heated hoodie in an XL, they had none on the floor so 1 of the guys went searching out the back and after of 20 minutes looking found 1. Very happy with the effort and knowledge about other tools from the staff.
