Went into store looking for a few sizes the manager was super lovely and there was another guy as well who served me who helped me too you both were amazing thank you for help. Carousel team is absoute the best 👌

Called and visited the store today and Sam was more than helpful.

Sam at Adidas Carousel was so helpful! Even when the store was extra busy he did his best to make sure we were taken care of and fixed us up with a great pair of shoes. Super friendly and attentive service- better than all the other shops selling the same shoes in Carousel!

Great staff service

The guy serving me was very helpful. He was determined to find me shoes and he did very well. Got exactly what I wanted.

Walking past the store yesterday with my daughter, I saw a male run out of the store with a jacket under his arm and exited out of carousel. (Obviously stole it)
I went into the store to let staff know and to maybe check the cameras ect
There was nobody behind the counter and the only one staff member that was with a customer had their back to the entrance and was unaware of anything happening.
After a few minutes a female staff member came from the storage area at the side and I then let her know that a theft had occurred. She seemed unbothered and walked away? Maybe get more staff or train the staff you have better, because your store is a soft target and will continue to be targeted

My partner & I were in this store for 10 minutes browsing at everything.
In that time we saw no staff members at all. We were not sure where they were?
Hence to say there was no service, no purchase.
Went to JD sport, excellent on point service.

Terrible service by staff, young girl too busy chatting to her group of friends while other staff were busy serving.

Took another staff member to tell her someone was at the till and even then took her even more time to come over and serve.

While trying to enter my details her friends were still trying to talk to her. Worst service

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service ever. Actually no service. Shop is completely empty four sales staff standing around yawning, after 5 to 10 minutes looking at shoes I had to approach the 4 mannequins for assistance.

The experience was pretty poor as the staff didn't get what customers want. The staff kept confusing the customers. Need more training on the products.
