First time came here two weeks ago and this instantly become my go-to place for smoothies. Great value for what you pay, drinks taste amazing, and had a lovely chat with the staff. Definitely a must try!!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and make the best drinks ever!

They are the perfect meal replacement for breakfast or lunch and make hitting certain macros so achievable! My favourite one is the Biscoff shake and the strawberry lime tea 💌

I try and come here every week I'm in Wollongong because their drinks are absolutely incredible and the customer service is amazing! I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone I meet, can't wait to work my way through trying everything on their menu 😁

Had the most amazing customer service! So friendly and up for a welcoming chat. It was my first time going and I know I’ll definitely be going back again. The drinks are awesome too (obviously). I got the Malteser protein shake and it was so good. Can’t wait to try the other flavours. Highly recommend!

Came here for breakfest today and met the owner and had a really good chat with this legend.

The smoothies and teas are EPIC, so healthy and oh so amazing.

I had the malteser smoothie and it was THICK, DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY.

Also had one of the Energy teas which was SWEET and full of energy.

Ill be back to try some of the other ones.
Definitely want to try the Lemon Cheesecake smoothie next.

Its located on corner of kenny street and burelli street in a cosy little shop.
But plenty of room to hang out the front and enjoy your smoothie.

Without doubt the best nutrition bar in the Illawarra, the teas and smoothies are next level and the customer service is different class. Highly recommended

Come here every week when I need an energy boost to get through my errands day. All the staff are super friendly, the energy teas really do give you a great boost and the Mega size can last me close to the whole day.

I’ve visited the place 2 times now and I can tell you that the ice teas and smoothies are the best. The staff are super friendly and easy going . Craig is the man. I really recommend them

Smoothie tasted incredible highly recommend the lemon cheesecake but the real clincher are the dad jokes on arrival and the philosophy chat while you wait. If you haven’t been, you need to go… like now

Amazing smoothies and energy teas. My go to is the coffee latte smoothie and the grapple tea! Both taste amazing!
