Trooper Lu's Bicycles

Was looking for a good place to service my bikes, found this place via google. The high scored reviews are well deserved. Not sure if it was just the time I chose to drop off my cyclocross bike for service but had in ready next day - very happy. No appointment necessary - just bring your bike in. The alternatives in my area 2171 are not the best. It's good to have a place so easy to drop off - basically behind the BP off Heachecote Road near Clinches Pond. The boys were very knowleagble and easy to deal with.

Purchased two mountain bikes for myself and my son.

Greg went above and beyond to help us with our purchase, the whole team couldn’t do enough to help us. Our bikes arrived promptly and were set up specifically to our weight and size by the technicians while we waited.

10% discount on accessories helped with all the ancillaries we needed like helmets and bike carriers etc.

We had a terrific experience buying 2 entry level mountain bikes from trooper lu. Staff were very insightful, spent time understanding our needs, and polite. Staff went above and beyond with their service, which we appreciated as new mountain bikers. Will definitely be back!

The team at Trooper's were just great. Brought a MTB for my son. Greg, Josh and the team were extremely helpful. If they didn't know the answer to my questions, the didn't feed me any BS, they went away and checked then came back with the answers. After paying a deposit with a LBS then waiting 6months for a Focus Jam2 6.9, to be told they now couldn’t get the colour or bike I ordered was very disappointing.
So I Google searched Focus bikes and found TrooperLu’s had a Sam2 6.9 on the floor, a phone call to confirm, I paid a deposit and after a quick drive to Sydney I was greeted by TrooperLu’s very friendly and helpful staff, the boss suggested for my weight I change the coil which they had in stock and kindly fitted it prior to me taking delivery.
All went well and I’m very happy with their customer service and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending TrooperLu’s for any of your MTB wants.

The store has a great range of great quality bikes with sizes for everyone,and the accessories side of the shop is great too with plenty of parts and awesome cleaning products e.g Muc off.

Knowledgeable staff and great personalised service. The lady was able to go over different models and features specific to what we needed and at a reasonable price. Would absolutely come back for anything bicycle related in the future.
