adidas Australia Head Office

Adidas Australia has ripped me off and is refusing to refund me for my order which was lost in transit. Australia post has confirmed the package was lost in transit and that it will be covered by their insurance with Adidas Australia, and that I need to request a refund from Adidas Australia. Adidas Australia customer service is lying and claiming I have kept the item? So not eligible for a refund? What gives? I’m now $380 out of pocket and nobody willing to help with my refund claim. I will be reporting this to consumer affairs as this is borderline criminal!!

Horrifying chat experience and wrong at so many levels. Please do something about exchange policy instead of return and refund. Omnichannel policy for a start. Will be shopping at Decathlon Australia instead.

Adidas Australia Online is a joke. Avoid it at all costs.

Twice in the last few months I have responded immediately to an email, placed an order within minutes for a specific item.

Only to be told three weeks later that there is no stock left for that item.

Surely you would think that orders should be prioritized according when they are placed

They take your $$$ hang onto it for weeks and then tell you that there is an additional 14 days delay on your refund.

Whoever is in charge of ADIDAS Online should be SACKED. It is a disgrace.

Bought a pair of forum lows for 160, what i got instead were a pair of dirty used shoes that weren't even the right design lol. Just pathetic, but the worst thing was them taking forever with the refund. Even now it's been weeks dealing with this issue trying to get a refund. Disgusting company.

Don't buy from their website, full of issues and they won't exchange for sizing issues. Phone and chats are all down due to Yeezy sales resuming so they won't be able to support you.

Better to buy their products from another platform that provides support such as Iconic.

Never order from Adidas again. Ordered on 26 November 2022, still waiting to be packed. Been on hold for 36 minutes and speak to someone, based in Manilla, hard to understand and has now placed me on hold again. What a disgrace. Could drive 10 minutes and pick up the item. Was no indication at time of ordering that there would be a delay. They are clearly taking orders under false pretences! Have just been told that it will not be delivered in time for Christmas even though was guaranteed last week orders placved before 9 December would be delivered.

Update 22 Dec - received email on 19 Dec saying order would be express delivered 21 Dec but no delivery. Oh, and they gave me some voucher to appease me. As if I’ll ever buy Adidas again. On the app shows it has been shipped, online shows waiting to be packed. Try to ring head office number as listed on their page and it’s not connected. Beyond a joke now.

The worst customer experience ever! Never a company this big has been letting down its loyal customers like Adidas Australia. I have placed my order on 21st of Nov and called, emailed, used their chat messaging numerous times trying to flag this order is very late for delivery but I have been fed lies by the poor customer service people who are in the dark of where my order is and had no clue when or if I'll receive it on time for Xmas. My last attempt on the 23rd of Dec was to no avail. I have offered to pay for a courier, to go and pick it up myself as I am in Melbourne but felt on deaf years. The supervisor was very apologetic and ashamed for even working there in the first place, but didnt resulted in any outcome. They don't care my son wont have his Xmas presents under the tree after ordering his presents more than a month ago. They should close their retail operations in Australia and let the independent stores to sell their products. Never order from them ever again! A big disgrace...bye Adidas, hello Nike!

Ordered items for Xmas 5 days before the Black Friday sales in November. Was just informed that they are highly unlikely to arrive before Xmas. The poor contact centre folk are fed lies in the system and they look like liars, when in fact Adidas doesn’t know how to pick, pack and send their products. There will be lots of unhappy Adidas customers this Xmas, but I guess Nike will benefit from this.

I ordered from Adidas on Dec 5 , 2022. My experience mirrors the other one star ratings. I'd give 0 if I could. My item has not even been packed yet and this is now January. I think its absolutely appalling how they are treating customers. No assistance on their customer service hotline either (overseas based) and I could not speak to anyone in upper management. How such an influential company can trade like this I just can't believe it.

Returned an online purchase in July. Its now end of October and I'm still waiting for a refund. Have contacted Adidas on several occasions, provided the AusPost tracking number and each time I'm told the refund will be processed in 24 hours. Very frustrating. I would avoid dealing with Adidas if you think you may need to return your purchase.

You would have to call Adidas Australia a scam business. Ordered 19 days ago and item is still not even packed for delivery yet. I’m feeling the item is not even in the country and they take orders without stock. Bought hiking runners for my sons trip to Vietnam. Can’t call anyone. Online chat is a joke as they can’t do anything. Can’t even cancel my order.

I sent a faulty pair of adidas back in January. I got the refund back in July. Wasted hours on calling , emailing , online chatting to the hopeless team at Adidas, every month they would say it’s okay just fill that form out and you will get the refund but it never happened until today !! Thanks to Adrian the only one at adidas to arrange a refund !! Come on Adidas you can do better than that!! Wasting our time !! Give a pay rise to Adrian !!

It took them 2 weeks to send the parcel out, the order placed on 27/11 and was sent out on 11/12. After I received the parcel, I found they sent me the wrong items. I then contacted them through online chat, but they refuse to send the right thing. The rep said they didn't have the option to have the exchange for the correct items, they could only process for return for refund and asked me to send the wrong items back. It's a shame that they even wouldn't try to fulfil the order.

I have had a horrible experience by shopping with you.I got a shoes 4 months ago, the size was wrong so I had to return it.I called them and asked them for exchange, they said no we only can do refund. It's been four months that I've been calling them and emailing them but they haven't returned the mony.

SLOWEST SHIPPING EVER!! Purchased shoes 3 weeks ago and still waiting. Use a better provider Adidas, items I purchase internationally come within 1-2 weeks.

I returned a purchase in late December 21; After 90+ days the “Finance Team” are yet to process the refund. Happy to take your money thru their on-line shop, but very reluctant to give it back.

Don't bother! Save your money and your sanity, don't deal with an incompetent business! 1 star is GENEROUS considering there is no option for 0 stars, you deserve NOTHING!

Worst experience ever...placed an order mid November 2022 and didnt received before Christmas as promised.. after multiple catchup they failed to deliver the shipment ...asked for cancellation which they did after 5th attempt... I believe higher management is sleeping... I had a feel that there individual departments didnt have mutual support... still happy that I get my money back as Addidas hold it for more than one and half month which I thought were lost.

What kind of a company takes over 15 days to ship a package. You are disgusting!
