Each time we shop at Pets Domain in Beaudesert the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, prices are great too, especially for their fish.

Really nice and tidy, great range for its location and the service was Great! Especially for a Sunday.

Good selection fish can be lacking sometimes but the do sell quick . Always short staffed only ever see 1 person on 2 max

Staff are nice but don’t look after fish properly. Saw a tank with one dead fish and one very ill looking fish. The tank should have been quarantined and treated immediately. The staff member I told about the dead fish didn’t seemed to bothered by it 🤷🏻‍♀

Great service but never any stock

To be honest, the staff are good. The stock is limited.

The club you pay for is ridiculous because you pay for the club only to have slightly discounted prices...or basically prices which then become comparable to places like Pet Barn.

However, I paid approximately $28 for a frozen dog roll of 'food'.

I defrosted it because I thought that you needed to in order to feed your dogs and low a and behold, the roll turned to mush once defrosted. It also started leaking in the fridge.

I tried to get a refund today. The nice chap who was serving phoned a boss who said that no refund would be given due to the roll needing to be sliced then defrosted....

I asked the server how you slice a solid ice block of 'meat'. He was stuck for an answer, but did say you need to partially defrost, slice then re-freeze. This is ridiculous due to increasing food risk from continual defrosting and so on.

We have tried with the store and their high prices, we won't be going back.

Needless to say, if one of the other companies came here like Pet Barn, Pets Domain wouldn't last more than a couple of months.

The staff in the store are lovely but their prices are governed by their head office. I buy our dog the Proudi range & at Pets Domain it costs $45/box as compared to $33/box everyone else, that's a $12/box saving! I did contact the Pets Domain head office back in Nov 2023 about their high pricing of the Proudi range but never heard back from anyone. It's a shame as we could all be supporting our local Beaudesert store more if the pricing is fair. It's a newish store there in Beaudesert & it will eventually be priced out of the market. Even with the Pets Domain club memberships, which is costly in itself, have no real true savings on products as they are all mostly overpriced in the beginning. We go to Vet n Pet at Jimboomba as their prices are always reasonably priced for most of our pet supplies & we get the Proudi range while out on our shopping trips at the Park Ridge Produce place which is also very reasonably priced.

Overly expensive went to buy rapigel 250grm and they wanted $60.19 total rip off anywhere else $35 will definitely NOT be going back

Be aware purchasing items that are faulty It will not be refunded. Staff member argued with calling me liar and demonstrated the items didn't work and told me that I was wrong. I am disappointed and surprised because it's usually a pleasure to Shopping here.
