Door dash turned up early with delivery, was in middle of treatment, driver asked News Agency staff if they could look after it til I could get down to pick it up, refused snd said " not our responsibility put it outside the shop". anyone could have walked off with my order, luckly the driver stayed and kept an eye on it. News Agent Staff couldn't give a dame.
So much for patient assistance and care.

You never see the lady smiles at customers and the service is shockingly bad. Looks like she is always unhappy. Imagine how customers are treated when communicating with such rude person. You also need to step in much earlier than 5pm as apparently they close before that very often.
