Its a good place to find Sri Lankan and Indian food. Dried fish, Tin fish ( සැමන්) Maliben and Muchee biscuits.. Coconut Spice , Bottled products from MD brand Sinhala picle , Sri lankan herds ( පස්පංගුව ) P&S Products ..cakes freezed fish roti..Rice, Coconut oil and many more.
Good friendly service. If u need to get down SriLankan brand they are ready to help.
Its is a great place ...to feel like home with cooking and food.

Very well stocked for customers in Pendle hill area. Has a big variety of spices, fresh produce, frozen items and more.

Only feedback is that

(I) had a poor experience with a female staff member Friday afternoon - no greeting and no thank you. Didn't even respond when I said hello.

(ii) many items do not have prices attached. When you arrive at the counter then only you determine the price.

Large Spice shop in Pendle Hill with variety of items. Please make sure you check the expiry date and best before date on items as numbers of items in their shelf are expired or way past Best before date. As per the photo provided, I bought packet of dried chilli today which have Best before date as December 2022. Also noticed their few bottle of prawn pickles expired last month. Another issue is beside too many items not having price or placed under wrong priced items, they have different price marked for a good on shelf and when they scan the same item they have higher price,which needs to be fixed. If this error happens in major super market the customer get the product for free. Hope the owners pay attention to these issues to provide better customer satisfaction.

Well stocked. Plenty of diverse items for subcontinental groceries including pooja items.

Staffing is an issue. The lady is hostile, no approachability or warmth in customer service. Seems constipated ala soothadi gangamaya.

One stop spice shop for the area. Well stocked. Plenty of items. It has all you need.

Only issue is that frozen goods do not have prices marked, which is misleading.

There is also a surcharge for card transactions. Why?

Be cautious!!!
Charge for what you do not buy. Ask for an invoice and check it promptly.
Went to this shop first time and bought few items. They we helpful. When we came home, noticed that they had charged for one that we did not buy and charged for more than we bought for another.
After many unsuccessful attempts, I could contact the shop on the phone number in google. One who answered accepted and asked me to come in one or two weeks to get the refund. All good till then.
When we went there the situation was different. The guy at the checkout on the day had a very different attitude. He first wanted to check cameras. Just to get $10 refund, I'm to spend hours with them checking cameras to prove myself.
Another person came, accepted my situation and agreed to refund.
But when I went to checkout with few items, the aggressive guy wanted to check everything again from the beginning. At the end he refunded but it was very unpleasant situation again.
Why should we go to this shop and fall into arguments with these type of people?
I'd avoid this shop in future.
