We went in for the Black Friday sale. Being from a remote town, with limited time in Perth, we wanted to take the beds with us.
Vicki was fantastic in checking bed availability and arranging transport for the extra bed that we ended up purchasing and couldn't take with us.
Vicki has lived in remote towns and has a better understanding of the challenges involved with transport. She was a pleasure to deal with!

Brett was absolutely fantastic in helping us choose beds, mattresses and pillows for the whole family. We are very happy.

Went in for the Boxing Day sale, asked to buy a pillow, the lady was trying to close a sale with another customer, so she said it was $199 on sale and that she would call later when she wasn’t busy for me to do a deposit over the phone and order it, she took until nearly the end of the day to tell me that the price had gone up to $348, i responded with the price she had told me, she said she didn’t say that, then continued to say that the price had gone up today, I’m unsure why a sale day would mean a product would increase in price, makes no sense. She’s either a liar or she’s trying to make extra money off an item, either way doesn’t look good for the store

The worst customer service I have experienced in retail. My order did not turn up on the date specified even though I ordered it 2 months before expected delivery date. I rang the employee in question a few times to confirm the delivery was on schedule leading up to the date and was given the runaround on every single occasion...he never once contacted me even though promising to do so more than once. It got to the point that I had to call the regional manager twice to find out what was going on and he still didn't bother to contact me.
The delivery date was for 28/7 and as of today, 17/8 I am still waiting for 1 item.
To add further insult, he said that I had picked up the 3 mattress protectors on the day which was certainly not the case.
What happened to them or the cash that I paid with I don't know but it is a flat out lie.
The only positive thing that I have to say is that both Marie and Mollie have been wonderful in their efforts to make up for what another person couldn't do which is good customer service.
