This might genuinely be the best customer service I've received anywhere. My roommate and I are furnishing our own place for the first time, and were getting quite used to being dismissed by staff because we're young and don't look like we've got more than three dollars between us. This positive review is entirely due to Mihaela from Magcregor James Lane, and her clear love for her job, and respect for her customers. She never once dismissed our ideas, and even offered her own ideas for styling our mildly unconventional living room. On top of the original, very decent, sale on the couch she helped us choose, Mihaela also helped us get a refund when the sale on the item increased futher. It was that care for us, along with arranging our delivery smoothly with other items, that prompted me to write this, because without her, we would be couchless and still feeling overlooked in other stores. Thank you so much Mihaela!!!!

We walked in only a few minutes before close and I was warmly greeted by the sales Assistant. We were shown different colour options for the bed we were looking at and offered product care products. The shop was very well presented and customer service was great

I found an amazing lounge with chaise and electric recliner that is sooo comfy today with help from the amazing Mila. I had a very limited space to work with and after going to many stores Mila made it feel easy to find a great fit for me and my lounge room. She arranged for delivery within DAYS at a very affordable price. The whole team at the Macgregor store made me feel so welcome, not to mention the showroom is so beautiful and smells amazing.

During my first look at JL I was greeted by Deepan. He was beyond helpful and created a quote for me. I had to return to the store when my partner was home and this time Mihaela looked after us. Her care and service was out of this world especially as she was so busy due to BF sales she still made time to make sure we were well looked after. 😊

Bought a beautiful lounge and coffee tables from here. They have great sales and products are great quality. Customer service is great and they held my lounge until our Reno’s were done so that was very helpful. Highly recommend JLM

We bought a Dylan orset couch which is incredibly comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and has good upright back support. The service at James Lane MacGregor, Brisbane was exceptional with Cathryn Gape who was very warm, friendly, welcoming and forthcoming with sales specials and matched sales prices after the initial higher quoted price & deposit paid. Would highly recommend this place for your furniture needs!!

Popped into Macgregor store today to have a look for new sofas for our living room and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with the lovely Stacey. She was soo helpful with our decision making without being intrusive not to mention her lovely bubbly customer service personality! Great quality furniture at awesome prices too!

Mahaela was friendly, incredibly detailed in her knowledge about the modular sofas we were trying and when I called to follow up with questions, her service continued to go above my expectations.

She's was an absolute joy and I'd go browse in James Lane anytime if it meant I got to speak with her. Highly recommend visiting this store!

Friendly and helpful service given by Cathryn and Jake. Cathryn noticed we were interested in a couch and printed off an information sheet and grabbed us the best price + answered any questions we had. Jake was easy to talk to at the counter and covered all areas of delivery etc.

The customer service was amazing at the store. It was the first delivery truck that really let the whole experience down with the EXTREME damages they caused to my property walls and door almost causing me to lose faith completely in James Lane. In the end it was Shannon and the boys at Royale home services that really stepped in to save the day (via balcony lift) restoring my faith in James Lane. Exceptional service by them.

Always enjoy coming into this store with my partner. We leave very satisfied and well looked after. Couldn't recommend better customer service.

Amazing customer service from Mihaela! Best service I have recieved in a long time if not ever. She is an absolute asset. Great range of products and a beautifully presented store.

Pleasant experience with both Mcgregor and Logan centres. Helpful and patient listeners. I had few cancellations and they were quiet accommodative. By mistake I called up at their Logan centre for cancellation, however they made sure the message is passed onto the Mcgregor store and things are sorted without drama. Cath at Mcgregor is for sure warm and wonderful person, or say easy person:)
And delivery was smooth and spot on time.
