I placed an online order and had an issue with one of the products - no fault of The Artisan Storeroom mind you. Lana was SO wonderful and incredibly helpful and supportive in resolving things! Not only do they have amazing products, they have the best customer service I've experienced in some time :) I can't recommend The Artisan Storeroom highly enough. Thanks again Lana! I bought a wallet , and a belt. Love them both , great valve . Service is outstanding Lana went out of her way to make sure I receive the product that I was after, it's a shame they don't sell shoes . 😁
