My first visit to Mecca and didn't know where to start, as someone older i needed advice what would suit my skin. I was lucky enough to meet Nikki, she picked my colour foundation perfectly. She was so lovely and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back, Thank you Nikki!

Nikki is absolutely amazing when it comes to recommending beautiful products that fit your skin tone and desired effect! I walked in thinking I should be okay I'll work out what I want to buy but when I reached out to Nikki for help no ask or question was an issue! Thank you for your help Nikki! 🥰🥰🥰

Not sure who helped me but I was looking for a powder that could cover a nose skin graft from a BCC that had been removed. Being 67 years young and someone who doesn’t wear make up, one of the young staff spent a great deal of time with me to find both the perfect colour match and also understanding my specific needs of only wanting something easy and quick to apply that suited my skin colour and lifestyle. Thank you for your great help. I highly recommend this place 👏👍

Went into mecca today and had help from nikki absolutely amazing! She listened to what i was after and recommended a lot of different products and was very patient with me as i was unsure with what some of the products were for and explained how they work and what they did. Thank you nikki!

I pop into mecca semi regularly for my makeup and skincare. I usually see Ellen and Alexia and they are both so incredibly nice and helpful, especially when I ask them on product recommendations for my specific needs. All the team at Mecca Wollongong go above and beyond for their customers! 💖

Shoutout to Maya (If I’m not wrong) for giving me the best service. She has helped me pick up right skin care products and also makeup! It’s my first time trying makeup and I am genuinely very picky about things but she did a fab job in giving me right shade of concealer, lipstick and skin care after understanding my concerns!!

Wanted to do a shout out the staff member Alexia! I just recently got my makeup done for a wedding and it’s the best makeup I’ve ever had! I was super happy with it and Alexia just made the process so enjoyable & fun! I’ll be booking with her again soon for another wedding.

Kudos to your staff member DULCIE! I had a hard time looking for my wedding perfume and she was lovely and very helpful. She never get tired of assisting us and even wrote down those scents that I love from your store. This kind of staff member deserves a recognition because of her dedication and hardwork! When my sister saw her, she also told me that she was the one who helped her as well on her previous visit! Well done DULCIE!

Wanted to start experimenting and trying makeup. A staff member named Caroline was assisting me and she was so generous and helpful. She help me learn a few skills and choose the right products.

I asked for alternatives for some products and without hesitation she gave me options to choose from.

The other week, I came into your store for a foundation match. Most places I go, I usually get foundation matches too light and look washed out or too orange. At your store, Sophie M (I think??) went above and beyond and got it absolutely perfect! Thank you Sophie, I love the NARS foundation!!

Just came out of the store after being served by Alexia and she was amazing! Absolutely incredible customer service and soo knowledgeable, she knows it all! She full wrote me a day and night routine and offered me a sample of a beautiful serum. 10/10 experience!

I'm a frequent customer here and this store is genuinely impeccable! The staff is just so lovely and helpful and the store is always spotless. Best mecca I have been to, to this day!

I had bought a lip liner previously and it had a crack along the pencil when i sharpened it.

Spoke to the girls and they were very accommodating and super lovely and replaced it for me. Soooo refreshing to have staff listen. Thank you ladies !

Mikayla was so helpful at my most recent visit (Sunday 18/6), helping find the best foundation for my skin. I absolutely love the coverage of the one I bought and it matches my skin tone so well. She also helped me buy other products and stayed back a few minutes after the store closed to do so. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Thank you Mikayla!

I was helped by Ellen today who was such a huge help. She took her time helping me out with the blush, foundation and concealer shade which I always had trouble with. Have visited this location multiple times and always a pleasant experience.

Also, shoutout to the asian worker there (I think she's the manager or senior staff in the store, apologies I never got her name) but she has helped me so many times and always so lovely as well!

I took my mum to Mecca Wollongong and we were served by a beautiful, kind person. Her name was Corey. She was very knowledgeable and took her time to show my mum different products until she found the perfect one. We couldn’t get over how friendly she was and we were so greatful for her assistance. Had my makeup done by Alexia she is the nicest girl and absolutely fantastic at makeup. She offers a completely customised and personalised experience and really goes up and above. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.
