Spotlight Toowoomba

I love Spotlight at Toowoomba. Easy service, heaps of fabric, brilliant prices. All of my Christmas sewing is complete and early now.

I can't walk into this store without buying something. A great variety of stock and Spotlight is always having sales which is great for my back pocket. Friendly staff too.

Hi I went in to find out about cricut machines and I was helped by Megan.
She was helpful and knew about the product.Everwhere else I went to find out about the product they weren't helpful..So a big thank you to Megan..

Have not been there but from what I know it is very good and has a lot to offer pity some of these places like Spotlight, Big W, Aldi, why can't they build in places like Goondiwindi so disadvantaged people like myself could have the same shopping experience as the bigger places.

Whatever helium you guys use there is some good premium stuff! We got a birthday balloon from there at the end of August and it is STILL alive and living on the ceiling. I’ve seen normal helium ballon and they don’t last more than a day or two. This some top quality gas you ladies have there 👌🏻

Found what I needed. There was a price discrepancy at the counter and the lovely ladies fixed it like it was no trouble at all

I had a great experience at Spotlight Toowoomba today thanks to Wayne in the curtain section. Without him I still would have been walking around totally lost. He made it as easy as ABC and new exactly what I wanted. He was quite busy and handled the pressure with ease. It's always great to be served by staff that know their stuff, for the rest of my windows I know where to turn to. Thank you Wayne for being so professional and so patient. A real pleasure to have been served by you.

Great store with a large range, but a bit hard to move past other people with the displays in the isles.

The staff were friendly when I asked where something was and the stock levels were good, there weren’t empty shelves everywhere and stock everywhere. The store was very neat and was a pleasure to be in.

Shout out to Anna at the Toowoomba store! Absolutely awesome chick! I've had a tough time of it in the last few days and was trying to get a refund but all of my cards had been cancelled due to fraud. When I felt others were non helpful and saying too bad, Anna was non judgemental, friendly, and genuinely wanted the right outcome for me, the customer. She was trying to come up with apternative solutions and was willing to wait while I worked it out with the banks. Employee of the year!!!

Spotlight and all other retailers, you need to come up with a solution when a customer has the original bank card they purchased the item with but cannot use it because it has been cancelled due to a scam.

Good range of fabrics. Very helpful advice. Was able to complete a small lining job after visiting here and supercheap. It's great they are so close together

I purchased cushions and kitchen utensils. There was a large selection to choose from and I found what I was after. At the checkout it was busy and the assistant asked for more staff to serve. Two staff members responded and the line of customers were attended to quickly. I found the staff were friendly and efficient.

Great variety of products and staff are friendly and always very helpful. Great prices as I brought 2 duck feather pillows for $7 each and containers for $10 and a dressing gown for $20 cant wait to go back
