We love KMH clothing and are always receiving compliments when our baby is dressed in his KMH gears. Being that he grows so quickly I love that the clothing is so affordable and there’s always an awesome sale so even better. For the price I paid I wasn’t expecting too much in the quality department but the when I got them boy was I surprised! The quality was just as equal as some of the more expensive items we’ve purchased elsewhere. I like that I was always updated with the tracking of my order. Thanks you KMH for keep us stylish

Order came in 2 packages from China (not Australia) and took a month to arrive and missing an item.
Not happy

first time purchasing some clothing. i order it on the 21st of jan and still have received no parcel. after emailing the company they basically said its not their problem the parcel got lost and its now my problem to find where my clothing is. lousy service. i run my own small business and have never brushed a customer off and told them to sort it out themselfs. they sold the product! it should be the sellers responsibility til the customer receives the goods!! never buying from this store again

I ordered on Australia day 2020, one month later I still hadn't recieved anything. So I emailed this company asking what was going on. To which I got a reply of 'I will check for a tracking number for you'. So I waited longer and still got nothing. So I emailed again on 24th of February asking for a refund and got a reply the same day saying 'I will forward your email to the refund team'. It is now almost the 3rd of March and still have not recieved a package or tracking number or refund!! So clearly still not even on it's way as I have only ever recieved an automated 'confirmation order' email (apart from very short responses about my complaints). If I could give a zero star rating I would 110%. Do not order from this company!!! It is not worth the hassle or wait. My child probably wouldn't have even fit the clothes by the time I recieved them before asking for a refund anyway! The person who responds to my email 'Summer' is also useless, not even being able to chase up orders. I have read these reviews and seems I'm not the only one!! Beyond a joke now.

Ordered items in June, product update says still processing now in September .I doubt I will see items. Waste of money. Emailed, contacted through Facebook and Instagram no reply. Don't waste your money.
