Love the Waterrower GX and the team here is excellent!

First, will start by explaining that I have been searching forever for a low impact exercise at home. Was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease a few years ago and could no longer do heavy workouts with weights. The machine works like a dream and lets me workout at a comfortable pace and do short intervals of intensity when I can. The pull is extremely smooth compared to the chain towers I used to use in college and the machine is quiet enough so can watch tv or listen to music while working out. The sound of the lapping water is very relaxing and sets a good rhythm for workout. The only noise out of place comes from a slight wobble in the seat.

More than a great product, I am super happy with the service provided by Ed and Les. I actually live in Japan and they worked with me to ship it across the ocean and fit my schedule. Great guys! My only complaint would be something perhaps with the packing service. The machine first arrived without the accompanying DVDs. Les was wonderful and arranged for them to be sent separately and threw in some grips and a cleaning kit for the trouble. Like I said, excellent service and love when companies recognize an error and make up for it! Only trouble there was the packing on the cleaning kit was not tight and the wood oil leaked everywhere. Will say that the oil is high quality and the are that has dripped on my wood floors is extra shiny!

Overall, I would highly recommend the product and working with these two! Am confident they can workout some of the shipping issues and continue to impress me with their service!

We were wanting to purchase a waterrower. The customer service was brilliant starting from the lady who answered our call , the gentleman who took us through all the mechanical/pros and cons of different models patiently to the manager who processed the payment. This is an excellent store to know and purchase the water rower that suits your needs.

I had some of the best customer service i've ever had through this team of legends. I had a creaky footboard, after supplying a description and a few photos, within 45mins a replacement was arranged and was delivered next day. Unfortunately it was the wrong colour, but no-bother - they arranged for the correct footboard to be shipped and installed by the service technician the following day.
Delighted with this level of service - thank you so much for promptly fixing the issue!

I'm really grateful for the Waterrower company's continued support for older Waterrower models. Buying spare parts from these guys for my 5+ year old Waterrower has been a breeze and has saved me plenty of money over buying a brand new one!

Ordered a Slim Beam cable machine through a third party and WaterRower fulfilled the order. The friendly staff went above and beyond to help us when we faced an issue with the shipping company. Extremely grateful for the help and the Slim Beam is an awesome work out machine! Thanks WaterRower!

Purchased a Water Rower from another retailer and when had queries about the product, I got in touch with Ed from the Rydelmere showroom who was able to sort out my queries and went above all measures to ensure customer satisfaction. Excellent design of product and gives you full body exercise with low impact. Special thanks to Jim for his expert product knowledge and excellent customer service which revived my 20 year old rower back to full life!

Great Rowers.... We love them and so do our customers.

Love the water sound, but the wheels on the seat keeps falling apart, so I have had to order in the past. i recently order 4 more some to keep as spare, but i order the wrong part. i rang the office and got told to put a new order in and send a message to them. so i've got the wheels now, but no response to the message I sent them.

Just spoke to both Michael and Mark from WaterRower who told me that I can purchase a rower now for an expected mid October delivery. The last rower I purchased had the delivery date pushed back three months and I did not want this happening again, however, I was under the impression that getting a refund from WaterRower would not be an issue in this instance. I told WaterRower that I assumed that a non delivered rower would be easy to obtain a refund for. I was told that I would NOT be able to receive a refund once an order has been placed and that they wanted me to agree to this waiver via email. I told them that the process seems a little dodgy and they replied saying, "We're not the ones being dodgy here.", implying that I was dodgy for asking about the refund policy. The product seems great but the company's practices are reason enough for me to not buy it.

Horrendous customer service, would NOT purchase from this company. BEWARE. Refunds don't seem to exist here for any reason so make sure you purchase everything IN PERSON. Have been dealing with this company for months and ended up taking legal action. Receptionist rude, no one has clear answers and all staff are extremely disrespectful over email and phone. Business operates like a scam. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

A good product but after care was appalling. It all went well until we needed help. Suddenly lovely Jo who did a great sell initially turned very nasty. Buyer beware with after care! Because these aren't cheap!
