The owner/manager Maryanne is the most helpful and lovely lady....Making sure that I could find what I needed Not only was she beautiful but told me to bring them straight back if I wasn't satisfied ....Great service

I went into browse and the lady serving at the counter. Practically jumped down my throat and said leave your trolley at the front we just got stock in, there was no stock from what I could see. I was going to look at the thongs which were right next to her. She acted like I was in there to steal something and I felt she was stereo typing me because of my skin colour, not all of us with dark skin are theives. 😡😡

Abysmal customer experience. Spend less, get less - less quality, less service, less professionalism. I purchased a pair of dress shoes which I failed to properly inspect before bringing them home. Upon discovering broken/incomplete stitching and some kind of stubborn black sticky substance on one shoe I decided to return them for a refund.

Receipts read "We will happily exchange or refund items in original condition..." but should instead read "We will listlessly sell you sub-par quality overpriced shoes and (if we can't convince you to exchange) indolently refund items in original condition..."

At the completion of the refund transaction I was asked to fill in my personal details on the refund docket which I was reluctant to do. Despite there being no legal requirement for this the manager insisted and when I asked her to show me the legislation requiring me to do so she gruffly demanded that I write my name and signature. When I said "No" she turned her back on me and stormed off in a flurry squalling "Fine! I don't care!" while making a scene in front of the many customers packed into the store at the time.

Very unprofessional.

Bought a pair of work shoes for $50 ! As well as shoes for my boy. I was told the shoes are leather! So I thought that was a fair price. Drove home and was looking forward to wearing my new shoes for work the next day but took them out and could smell the strong plastic smell so apon further inspection found they were not leather. When I took them back she said well they used to be! What the actual hell! Never going there again
