Poor experience. The customer service at this shops is horrendous. The shop assistant was rude and unhelpful with a question I had about a previous order. I have cancelled all my orders, and WILL NOT be shopping here again.

My mother saw some beautiful tights in here and rang to ask them to put them on hold and said she would pick them up in the morning.
She went in there the next day and was told they were sold. The owner said to her rudely that's just bad luck...My mother's response was well bad luck to you too, I won't be coming back...My mother has shopped here for year's very sad customer service...If we could give no stars we would

I have found the same dismissive rude attitude from the owner every time I’ve been in (5-6 times). Over and out. I’ll shop online. Bring back Scentsations.
