I had the best shopping experience at Lorna Jane Karrinyup last weekend! The young lady who was helping me (I think her name is Natalie) did an amazing job, I honestly haven't experienced such a great, high quality customer service in a long time. Thank you!

Beautiful active wear and gorgeous looking store, but I do feel that the staff wasn't really listening to what I was after and wouldn't let me finish explaining what I wanted and was just handing a bunch of clothes to me.

As a retail worker myself I understand the push to upsell and increase sales (and I'm more then happy to spend a little more if it's what I want, love and will use) but not a fan of having things forced on me that dosent fit what I want.

In the end this store is a great store to go to if you know what you want (to be in and out) but I would'nt go if you prefer to shop by your self and unsure of what you want. :)

The short woman with blone hair , she’s about 45-50 years old. Omg ! She is very rude, she doesn’t friendly and nice. She looks customer with the eyes so terrible 😱. I don’t know why so many reviews complain about that lady but the shop still keep her at shop 🤷‍♀

Wish I could give zero stars!

I purchased two new pairs of workout tights in August, I explain I had the receipt on email or it was on their system too. I explained that the first time I pulled on the shorter pair they had a whole in them and the longer pair ripped within a few weeks of wear. Karrinyup service yesterday afternoon was disgusting to say the least!

I began explaining that unfortunately my dad suddenly died and I was in major shock, grieving and organising funeral etc. All at the same time as my mum getting very unwell and caring for her in and out of hospital. Therefore the pants got left (with the holes in) until I could finally find an hour to take a moment to get to shop.

The woman was honestly the worst customers service I have witnessed in my entire life. And I spent many years working within customer service management roles. I left utterly gobsmacked. She literally wouldn't look up from her phone and couldn't look at me in the face. She simply said "what's your phone number". She had a disgusting attitude from the moment she had seen me walk in with a bag of returns in my hand.

She took both pants briefly, looked at the holes and reprinted the receipt and handed them back to me saying just "contact customer care, I can't do anything for you here".

In the process of dealing with online customer care now for assistance - they are much better at customer service at least - unsure if they can help me yet with the shocking products. $166 down the drain. Mind blown! What happened to LJs awesome products that lasted for so many years??? And who ever knows what happened to common decency and manners. Utterly mind blown.

Very disappointing experience at the karrinyup store today at around 3.30pm. The sales assistant was very rude and unhelpful. I left the shop feeling upset because of the way she spoke to me - so condescending and not kind. People who are working in a women’s active wear store should not be there if they are tearing women down and making them feel sh*t !! Will be shopping at Lululemon more now as the sales staff are so much helpful, genuine and just nice!!

If you venture into this store, watch out for the short woman with blonde hair. She'd be in her 40's or 50's. She's sour, savage and utterly unhelpful. I had an awful experience with her a few months back but am posting this now because a friend just had the exact same experience with her just a few days ago. Poor Ellie 😞 This poor woman is obviously really unhappy and needs a check up from the neck up but avoid this store to avoid having her wreck your day 👍

Very disappointed and disheartened with the Lorna Jane policy on faults. I have been shopping with Lorna Jane for a number of years and recently I purchased a new pair of a leggings, a tank top and a sports bra in November. Yesterday I noticed a hole on the inner thigh of my new leggings. I contacted customer support who suggested to take them into my nearest store so I did just that. These pair of leggings I had worn 3-4 times and aren’t cheap so I hopped that the workers in store would be able to help. After speaking with two people they said it didn’t seem to be a manufacturer fault but a wear fault, and that perhaps the hole was caused by the material rubbing. I asked if they only sell leggings to people whose thighs don’t rub? I explained that I have several pairs of Lorna Jane tights and that I haven’t had this issue before, I was then asked if I bought the right size (I know my size thanks). I was then told by another person that because the hole wasn’t on the seam they can’t do anything as it isn’t a ‘manufacturer fault’. I asked if manufacturer faults only cover seams and not the remainder of the garment, to which the lady said no but they couldn’t cover the hole as it didn’t appear to be a ‘manufacturer fault’ and it may have been ‘nicked’. I explained that the hole being the spot that it is in, it’s difficult for the material to nicked between my legs, and that they weren’t nicked in the 3-4 times that I wore them. I also expressed my concern that for the leggings to have a hole after 3-4 wears, it could be a manufacturer fault as I trust that Lorna Jane products are of better quality then lasting 3-4 wears. The lady just continued to say it’s not a ‘manufacturer fault’. The whole experience was very disheartening for such a large label that I thought was inclusive of sizes and body shapes, and therefore designed active wear to be suitable for all sizes and body shapes. After being a loyal customer to Lorna Jane for many years, it’s awful to see that their loyalty doesn’t lie with treating there customers with the same loyalty and understanding. Do better.

Couldn’t use eftpos to pay because they didn’t have internet. Tried to pay cash instead, but they don’t take cash because of Covid. What covid!? All the Covid restrictions were lifted ages ago. Then I also couldn’t get any phone signal or wifi in store, so I couldn’t claim the discount offer I received via email. Unbelievable! Was there 30 mins and couldn’t get a discount, or even pay for an outfit. Why even open the doors? A shop that can’t sell you anything :-(

Would give no stars if i could - terrible quality of clothing and even worse service, have never been treated and spoken to so badly by a retail store manager in my life - sent a complaint through to head office and got completely ignored, will never be back and pass my feedback on to others so they dont have the same experience as i had. Terrible shop and company overall.
