I received some mugs as a gift, two of which had a defect. Jas and Em were so helpful and exchanged the two mugs on the spot without fuss. Thank you ladies for your assistance and fantastic customer service.

I went to Salt & Pepper today in Watergardens with the intentions of buying a few things. I walked in (around 1:30pm) & the shop attendant was on her phone watching videos whilst leaning on the bench. She didn’t greet me or even look up once whilst I was in the store. This deterred me from spending my money with this store and I made the decision to walk out empty handed.

It doesn’t look good from a customer point of view.

Hey S&P, I just wanted to write it to let you know that I have always loves your product. BUT I want to write a formal complaint for the first time. That I have never been treated this bad by one of your staff in WATER-GARDEN SHOPPING-CENTER in my entire life on the 3rd of Jan, 2024 16:20pm while I doing the return which was my right.
Once she knows I am doing a return she started to Roll her eyes and say it very loudly to another staff in a way like how Inconvenience to returning products to her shop that’s gonna EAT UP her budget and specially from online shopping.

The whole time she is processing it I felt like I have done something so wrong as she kept making comments NONE STOP to another staff next to her still we left. Then go on to ask us where we live and say we are not even from the area why we didn’t bring it to other shop. Instead of to hers like we are troubling her.

I have checked the policy before I purchased it and it’s all within my right. If there is anything so Inconvenience for her Between online shop and return. She should bring up within the company not to a happy customer. We have been very polite the whole time. It’s so wrong she kept going on.

Also I don’t know if because I am from Taiwan so she feels like she can treat me this way.
It’s so disheartening and made me cry on the way home.

Truly the rudest customer experience I can remember. We were in the area so decided to do a return, the lady at the counter looked at us with disdain "Oh, it's an online purchase....well that's going to be a budget killer for us!!" We were dumbstruck, we'd simply walked in to do a return as per policy. The remaining time we spent there listening to the two staff complaining, interrogating us as to why we chose their store for the return, complaining about "the online guys". An appalling representation of the Salt & Pepper brand, we were made to feel humiliated and upset, it was unbelievable. Looking at the other reviews this seems to be a pattern, hopefully something is done about this treatment of the customer.

New CEO could do with a bit of a reality check, changes should be for the better not worse: $1 bags and not wrapping paper for gift purchases will only deter customers, it certainly did deter me.

Rude and disrespectful staff. We purchased two sets of Plates and also asked about a soup serving bowl that’s was tagged $39, similar bowl was tagged $49. I asked Kayla if they can price match both bowls in which she started having an attitude and being rude.
After that, she didn’t ask if we are members, she was angry and refused other staff assistance to handle the toilet brush set we bought.
After checkout she looked away and said a very loud thank you very much in a sarcastic way.
Horrible experience and won’t go back.

Apoached by an olderly lady, so rude not helpful at all, should not be working in places where she's not happy and ruening customers day, so unwelcome, the young lady in the shop was so ashamed of her.

Went there to buy present for friend ,got email to get $20 off to buy online and in store but lady there cannot do it. then ask her to call manager but can't get through she ask to come back in 10 min come back 1 hr later still can't get through then 10 minute later she got through to her manager and manager say they need to contact with IT omg waste my time and nothing get done .Bad service ever.Dont sent out voucher if you guy don't wants to discount or don't no how to do it .

Found them for half the price at the home store that's closing down in the same shopping centre.
