I've ordered a few times through downtown toyota ,each time I've dealt with Al directly, he is professional, easy to talk to, helpful and I could not recommend him for his time savy work on sensitive projects enough. Top notch fella, no clue what he is paid but ican guarantee it's not enough for his exemplary work.

Al is the man!! Been buying parts for years for my 2004 79 series from here, I’m always impressed with the stock on hand and pricing of genuine Toyota parts. A lot of people are scared of being ripped off by the dealerships these days however I have found in a lot of instances the genuine Toyota part is cheaper than aftermarket, especially on the older vehicles.

What a friendly, helpful experience. Refreshing when so many people forget how to give good old fashioned customer service. Well done!

The guys at Downtown Toyota were easy to deal with and very helpful. I needed a radiator, and they rung around and found the only one available at a dealership in Broome WA (the other side of the country). They got it shipped and delivered within the timeframe quoted. Great service.

Always the best quality and optimal price. Customer satisfaction is their priority. I am driving for about 1 hour to visit this Toyota because in my place (Capalaba) Toyota parts are far from ideal (not friendly and always have a bad smell in the store).

I would highly recommend Downtown Toyota spare parts.

Great service by team members, I rang up for road worthy certificate as I bought car from WA and lucky it was available to book with these guys and I got it done all in same day.

Other mechanics (I rang 6 or more) were super busy and booked for few days and some for weeks. So it was life saver.

Great info from the reception lady at service department about my car servicing schedule.

Will go back.
