I didn’t catch her name, but I hope she see this. My server had beautiful makeup & long black hair. She hyped me up so much on the clothes I brought, she just brought such good vibes to the store and made my birthday a little more enjoyable. Hope you have a good rest of your day queen 🫶🏽

Super great full! Needed to find clothes for a Harry styles inspo event. I was lost and had no idea what I was doing the girls were so helpful and kind and really went out of their way to give me plenty of options and really knew what they were talking about. Thankyou Katie, Charity and Tash. :)

I went to this Cotton On on Tuesday around 3-4pm and all the staff were really lovely and helpful, especially the girl who helped get the last brown pleated skirt off a mannequin for me!

If you are their employer and you are reading this they deserve more money!

Visited the store today and experienced the worse customer service ever from the girl in the change rooms @ 11.00am. Horrendous infact that myself and 2 daughters walked out without buying at least 6 items we wanted..
Sorry cotton lost sales and need to train your staff!!

Phoned and was put on hold, sat on the line for over 10 minutes, I could hear the cashiers talking to each other. Had to go back to the store because phone wasnt hung up. Told cashier when I get to the store, and i get attitude from staff and eyerolls. Like I didn't just spend almost 2 hours trying to get them on the phone.

customer service here is deplorable! couldn’t give customers the time of day, especially the staff member in the change rooms. real shame!
