Always, do research on said products prior to purchase and their after sales warranty support. Engel replaced the part however charged me labour repair costs.

Fantastic customer service! Yesterday was my first visit to the BCF store in Keperra and I was blown away by the helpful staff who assisted me. Very helpful went to get a line spooled and met a very helpful staff member named Peter and he taught me a lot of useful information about reel cleaning and line spooling and ended up giving me to free packs of lures best experience ever had at a store

Bought a new fishing rig with the help of Kyle. Good knowledge and customer service. Called me after I left that he’d found a more suitable higher quality rig that was cheaper as well. Legend.

Great place the staff where really nice and had what i needed but couldn't find it so i asled and the staff helped me out.

Went for fishing gears and fishing advices. Peter (Very Casual :)) was there and stayed with me almost an hour providing me the best fishing advices ever. Fishing spots, rods, gears, baits, technics, this guy is very very experienced and knowledgeable. Thks mate.

Great service, the staff are very well informed and forthcoming, and put in the effort. I went to get a new reel and the man price matched it, without us asking, he offered to put the line on the reel before we could ask, and, when we were about to get bait, he told us that there was fresher, cheaper bait near where we were going to fish. Very happy as it is our local BCF.

Excellent service from Gavin today even though he had already finished for the day. He went out of his way to take me to the rod racks. Gave me genuine advice to purchase a surf rod for my son and even explained the best way to disconnect the two pieces. The ladies on the front counter were super polite as well even though it was barely a minute before closing time. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks BCF Keperra.
