Excellent friendly service. Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed with a smile and a good morning, a rare thing these days. The man who served me was polite, well spoken and friendly. He knows his stock and was more than happy 2 assist me. The store is disabled friendly (1 little step that I could access on my mobility scooter) and the store is well laid out.The tobacco I was recommended was cheaper than anywhere else I have found. I will definitely go back there. Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience. :-)

Cheapest tobacconist around....except for the one in Dapto on the Princes Highway which is owned by the same owner of this one in Unanderra so the prices, the service and the design inside are the same. Would recommend this shop to everyone around due to the prices here. Honestly, you won't find cheaper smokes/vapes or better service from a tobacconist in the Illawarra area....except for the store they also own in Dapto😊

Usually okay service however they 100% do not close at 7. I have shown up multiple times between 6-7pm and every single time they have been closed about an hour early. If you do not close at 7pm you need to change your opening hours online. I just went to this tobacconist at 6:20pm and even though the store doors were open, the open light was on and there was a customer in store I was very quickly told just as I stepped in the door they are “closed”. This is bad business and these situations are only losing you money.

I bought a vape there yesterday at about 12.30pm and the guy asked me to test it in the store in front of him to make sure it was working. He said he'd had some people request their money back because the vape was faulty but that he would not do a refund after I had left the shop and so I should test it BEFORE I leave. So I tested it and it worked fine. Cut to 7am this morning and this vape is now DEAD. Dead as a door nail in less than 24 hours. An IGET vape usually lasts me almost 2 weeks. It cost me $37.50. Not happy! No stars
