Great staff, they help me choose a good toy ,it was fantastic.

ok shop floor but staff were useless.they barely speak any english so you better know where to look if you go here.

This guy that is there all the time is so cold and unfriendly you actually feel awkward in his shop. He plays Chinese music and videos, is never friendly, doesn’t sell leather cleaner and is so defensive when you ask him for it. This guy definitely has something to hide .... laundering shop that’s for sure!

Still has the same discount tags i put up when I worked there almost a decade ago (back when It was really busy), noticed stock that's still there from back then as the little dot sticker with my initials from when I did the endof ffinancial year stocktake in 2010!!! It's heartbreaking to see such a beautiful store look so tragic.

Unclean, dusty and outdated store. Creepy customer service with ZERO product knowledge. Very little stock in the way of toys and lingerie.. just a yukky store. No pride. No care for the products or clientele. I am not even sure why they bother having that store but if you are reading this just dont go there save your time!
