The oven arrived in no time and the delivery guy was extremely helpful.
The oven is amazing, super easy to assemble and super easy to use.
I cannot recommend the oven store and their products enough.

One of the best customer service. From when I placed my order to when it arrived. Communication was clear and transparent. There were some hiccups with my order but they were all on top of it- before I could reach to them they reached out to me first

In all honesty, this review started off quite bad. I have now bought 2 of the Everdure Kilns from these guys. First one was bought off of an ad that had a free offer (which had expired by the time I bought). I was very put out that nobody had said anything and I reached out to the Pizza oven store to let them know how unhappy I was.

To my surprise, a very apologetic yet bubbly Po replied almost instantly to my complaint and addressed it immediately. Sending the Items I missed out on without question.

What a brilliant gesture. The clear message was “we want our customer to be happy they purchased from us”.

These are very old fashion values that are just about impossible to find nowadays.

The operation is very efficient I ordered my oven on the Sunday night and I was cooking Pizza on Wednesday night.

The oven itself is outstanding. And for the money, I could not imagine why you would buy anything other than this oven. I love it so much I went and bought another one from them.

Been an amazing experience dealing with The Pizza Oven Store. Over the phone the team were able to answer my questions and clearly knew their products.
Deliver then took place very quickly and goods were received within a week.
THEN when there was an issue with the product their service really shone providing help as efficiently as possible providing replace parts.

I received my Ooni Koda 16 a week ago. It's a brilliant buy. It exceeds my expectation sin the quality of pizza I am cooking after two goes. I can see that with a couple more pizzas I'll be eating far too many!! They're so good.

This IR heat thermometer is great for checking the temp of the Pizza Stone. It was recommended by the Pizza Oven store and was a really good price when compared to the official OONI one and also other 3rd party ones. Great customer service as always from the Pizza Oven Store - (I can quite honestly say they provide stand out levels of customer service like nothing I have experienced before). No regrets in making this purchase whatsoever. I do regard the thermometer as an essential tool for cooking pizzas as otherwise the base of the pizza will not cook right, even if the air/ambient temp is correct. Great piece of kit and great company to buy from.
