Stoddart

Spent 10 of thousands on 3 Dante draw refrigeration products & would not recommend the product has many faults & no reputable after sales service, just lip service offering expensive no responsibility fix's.
The companies they recommend are the most unprofessional I have encounters in 30 years involved with Hospo. Charging thousands of dollars to do some of the most shoddy repair work i have seen. What's worst is the 'no care' factor.
Covid-19 has shown our industry the best & worst in business practices. We gave them every opportunity to help us fix what is considered to be a high quality brand ... My suggestion 'Avoid' Brand & Supplier.

I'm based in Perth but required a $100 spare part that was only stocked in Brisbane. Paid for the part (plus shipping) and the invoice stated the part would ship the next day (which was reiterated verbally too). After 6 weeks of waiting I rang to enquire as to the whereabouts of the part and was told that the part was now out of stock indefinitely and was also told that the only alternative was to upgrade to a $700 part instead.

When I suggested that this was poor service, given I had paid for the part yet had received no correspondence for 6 weeks and then had to ring to chase it up myself, the employee proceeded to disagree and defend the company stating that all of their procedures and staff had worked correctly in this instance. When I pressed him as to when exactly they were planning on telling me that the part was not coming (despite taking payment), he didn't have an answer.

Running a service business myself, I then suggested that it would be etiquette in this instance for Stoddart to take responsibility for the error and to make it up to me in some way (e.g. by shipping me the alternative part at no extra cost) but the employee informed me that Stoddart doesn't do that kind of thing.

Crazy driver. Very aggressive and flipped me off for no apparent reason.
