Deceptive Host and Faulty Heating System

I recently stayed at the host's accommodation and unfortunately had a negative experience. I feel it's important to share my concerns so that potential future guests can make informed decisions.
Firstly, I was disappointed with the host's deceptive behavior. Upon arrival, they promised certain amenities and facilities which were not actually available during our stay. It is important for hosts to be transparent and honest in their descriptions to avoid any misunderstanding.
Secondly, the heating system in the accommodation was not functioning properly. This issue led to a very uncomfortable stay, especially during colder months as it was. Despite notifying the host about the problem, no adequate solution or alternative was provided. As a result, I had to endure the inconvenience of inadequate heating throughout my stay.

I would not recommend staying at this apartment to anyone. Rude, unprofessional host!

Katastrofalno! Dogovoren apartman sa klima grijanjem, a dočekao nas s centralnim grijanjem koje nije radilo. Smrzli smo se, a vlasnik se nije udostojio donijeti ni grijalicu.
