Excellent gym needs no introduction. Gym caters to various needs of body shaping. Someone who prefers lone workout like me also suites the needs of peace and quiet workout sessions. The trainers are very friendly and helpful and the management makes it sure there is no hidden agenda. If you want a nice environment which can motivate you to build your body this is the one don't look otherwise.

I chose Ruslan’s Studio to help me get fit back in 2020. And I must say it has been 4 years and I’m continuously choosing this gym over anything. A very well structured gym with high end facilities. All the trainers are very helpful, friendly and efficient with their job. Their hygiene and cleanliness habits are praise-worthy as well.

The place where’s every cent well spent. The facilities, service, environment all are top notch! It’s a premium gym that live up to it’s name. The owner Ruslan bhai is also very humble and look after his clients. Each and every clients has their own dedicated trainer who will assist us always to reach our goal. I am very much pleased and satisfied with their service. I have been working out in this gym about 5 months+ and have improved myself significantly!

I became a member of Ruslan’s Studio when I weighed over 100 kilograms and had a severely injured left leg. Initially, my goal was simply to lose weight and eventually leave the gym. However, this place has completely transformed my life in every possible way. When I first started my fitness journey, I could barely manage a bodyweight squat. But now, I can effortlessly handle heavy weighted squats.

Ruslans Studio has to be the best Gym out there in Dhaka City. The management and gym instructors are always so helpful, giving out their 100% while they're on the ground making sure that all the clients are training right and also by following safety checks. They're hygiene is top class with really amazing standards and an amazing crowd. The gym has everything a person could ever need to have the best training session and vise verca for a bodybuilder too. Their gym equipment is up to the mark with the finest. I would highly recommend Ruslans Studio with pleasure to anyone.

The best gym in Bangladesh . Very friendly environment with a great knowledge of trainers. It’s A Combined gym. Very friendly environment for women ❤. They will give you diet chart & exercise routine. A very neat and clean changing room. Every client is important for them. I already loss 15 kg.

One of the best gyms in Dhanmondi. Situated in Shimanto Square. Here you will all the modern equipment and experience trainers. If you want to take your training to the highest level and don't mind paying a hefty subscription fee, then I think this gym is perfect for you.

Firstly, the facilities at Ruslan’s Studio are top-notch. The gym boasts a vast array of state-of-the-art equipment, meticulously organized and well-maintained. Whether you’re into weightlifting, cardio workouts, or athletic exercise , this gym has it all. From the latest treadmills and ellipticals to a wide selection of free weights and resistance machines, they have the tools to accommodate any fitness goal.

Its has been around 3 months since I joined this place and so far enjoying this place .The environment is quite good and they maintain the hygiene level quite well and also they have quality trainers and are friendly and there to push you to your best form .

This is the best gym in Dhanmondi area. Environment is superb and very clean. Trainers are also very good and helpful.

Amazing! love how well it's looked after and how spacious it is, the trainers are enthusiastic and know how to push you to get maximum results. The locker rooms as well as the rest rooms are squeaky clean. Definitely recommend checking it out, you'll be motivated to work out here !
Oh and the cardio view is the best in the town !

The environment is extremely clean. The orange color in interior represent happiness, it boost good mood.

Spacious, clean and equipped with state-of-the-art machines, this gym is equally welcoming to newbies and professional body builders (and everyone in between), which is of importance to me, not exactly a gym bunny😉. The trainers create tailored programs for each individual, based on their objectives, strengths and weaknesses. Key here is their emphasis on having fun whilst working towards your goals, ensuring its a pleasure, not a chore.
