Albert Heijn is one of the most competitive priced supermarkets.
It's a Dutch multinational with often price breaking promotions for small and larger quantities. Each week there are new promotions so watch the folder on their website before you come to see the deals of the week. Besides, it's spacious bright interior design is one of the most pleasant of supermarket retailers. You can find everything here from the cheaper housebrand Albert Heijn to brand products. Compared to other supermarkets you can often save money and if you buy wisely or in bulk when products you often use are in promotion. Also a big plus is the very friendly staff: if a shelf is empty ask them if they still have it in stock and they will gladly check out their backstore magazine supply. The only downside is promotions start on Monday and end on Sunday, so it's a good idea to do your shopping here early in the week, because the most competitively priced promotions can sometimes run out by the end of the week.

Fantastic, clean, organised supermarket with huge selection. This Dutch chain is a favourite of mine and is typically better than the Delhaize and Carrefour chains. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A really good supermarket chain from the Netherlands.

I've lived in the Netherlands for a while before and I absolutely loved a salad called Huzaren Salad. I'm glad that you can buy it in this supermarket, it triggered lots of nostalgic memories.

Veggies and fruits are very good as well due to nitrogen dispenser above them. It keeps them cold and fresh.

Lots of special drinks as well like coconut water, watermelon, kiwi,... . My favorite is the light-hearted apple peach drink from their brand in blue juice box, low on calories so you can drink it more than let's say coke(coca cola)

One of the nicest Albert Heijns in the area. Brand new, great variety, spacious, friendly staff and overall a pleasant shopping experience.
