Cafe La Pompe

Amazing little cafe that we stumbled upon by accident. Good prices and their french toast are out of this world! The service was super as well, very friendly.

Nice café with a relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. One of the staff members came over to our table to have a chat and they gave us some tips on where to go next. We did not try any food yet, but the tea was good. Will visit next time for sure!

Awesome cafe with a great terrace and cool atmosphere. The live music is great on the weekends and so is the brunch. Good menu with lots of options-the hot dogs are great! I come for studying, a drink after work, or anytime I’m hungry! Definitely recommend!

Nice terrace for the sunny days. Nice interior in the old garage / gasoline station area, hot dogs and comfort food the evening and some more sophisticated lunches and brunches. Nice wines and a reasonable beer and cocktail menu. A good place to meet friends for a long afternoon and evening!

Everything else is of good quality. One of those cafes that you can go back to everyday.

Super nice place. The inside kept an authentic vibe (the coffee place used to be a gas station) but it’s very cozy. Perfect in the middle of the afternoon for a piece of cake, coffee and work a bit on his laptop. And great as well for beers with friends during the evening. Must come back in spring to enjoy the terrasse!

Nice terrasse, half of it in the sun in the afternoon. Tasty cookies and hotdogs ( I liked the frankfurter, fish & porc confit not so much). Nice location in a beautiful part of St gilles between Place Van Meenen and Place Morichar.

Stayed nearby on holiday, quickly become our favourite spot for a few drinks to start or end the night. Great atmosphere, drinks were reasonably price, especially the beer and the staff were friendly. Definitely worth a visit

Great place to go for a drink. Used to be an be agent gas station (hence the name "the station") regularly full any day of the week. In the summer, enjoy the big terrace they have which will be packed. Saint Gilles is also a great place to go for food

Super cool bar. Nice ambience. There is sometimes live music. The terrace is big, specially cool for those sunny (or not) summer evenings. Prices are quite ok and the crew is friendly

My new Saint-Gilles favourite! The old gas station is turned into a highly recommended hangout - great "hot dogs" (with real bred, great sauces and salads), beers and wine to good prices - and a relaxed atmosphere. I like!

We were there on Two consecutive dass, once for Dinner, once for breakfast. Both Really good, reasonable prices, Friendly servers

Nice terrace and friendly staff. Mostly French people. Some times they have a DJ. Fun to go either in afternoon for a beer or hot chocolate Or in the weekend for drinking and having fun with your friends

Cool place, perfectly fittig into Saint Gilles. Especialy in the summer, the spacious outside area is inviting to stay for a beer or four.

Very nice place for a coffee or a snack. Has sun in the mornings and a great terrace (which was once the petrol station forecourt, hence the name).
