I am not able to understand why people are so negative about this place. There are so many negative comments about this shop.I am writing 100% genuine review. Yesterday I visited this place for my return parcel. Shop owner was so polite, so helpful and very nice guy. He immediately helped us to print the label. My experience was so nice with this shop. Please don't go with negative comments. Believe me, I didn't see any negative point for this shop.

Aucun soucis, distribution de colis au top mais vous devriez mettre vos horaire a jours.. 9h et la librairie est fermée alors qu'il est indiqué ouverture a 7h..

J'ai toujours pu récupérer mon colis à temps et avec facilité, et le personnel a toujours été sympathique et aidant.
Par contre le service est parfois un peu "à l'ancienne", pour ne pas le dire autrement. Quand on achète les employés ne connaissent pas les prix des articles courants ; les comptes se font à la calculatrice ; il n'y a même pas une étiqueteuse, les colis sont gribouillés au marqueur indélébile.
Mais malgré tout, d'après mon expérience, cela fonctionne.

L’horreur - retirer un colis ici c’est une experience a ne jamais repeter. They are rude and treat people like idiots. And they lie and don’t want to work. I had twice the confirmation that a parcel is available there and both times they were claiming “they don’t work with that provider anymore” and refused to even look for the parcel. Really terrible.

Went several times to collect my Budbee parcel and they are always closed. I don't understand their opening hours at all. My package will be returned and it's very annoying
