2 keer beroep gedaan bij dit advocatenkantoor en elke keer enorm goed geholpen. Zelfs last minute beroep op gedaan en onmiddelijk goed geholpen. Zeer tevreden van en zeker een aanrader!!

Beleefd, correct en duidelijk.Zo concreet dat het voor iemand met het Syndroom van Asperger geen stress veroorzaakt.Ik zou in het kantoor opteren voor een terracottakleurige accent muur als contrast met de gele scheidingswand en ook de assistente een goede bureaulamp geven want die ogen moeten nog veel dossiers meegaan .

Hele fijne communicatie, veel kennis in huis waardoor de zaak prima is afgesloten en mijn cliënt volledig schadeloos is gesteld. Zonder Warnants advocaten was dit zeker niet gebeurd. Dank je wel voor alles !!

Made a complete mess of a court case nearly costing us the case. I will say avoid this lawyer. Sad to see these kinds of fumbles mc stupids practicing law. Look i know this was harsh but if you have too many cases just say so... Clients do not go to court for fun and clients aren't euro bills...
Service: confused mess especially the last 4 times.
Mentality: first it was professional but once we were clients the "professional attitude mask we saw" fell off.
Maybe an ok lawyer when dealing with criminal cases but with any other disputes and judicial cases.. avoid.

This lawyer was recommended by a business associate of mine. The reception was professional as was the talk with the lawyer (Warnants). He would defend my case with zeal and fervor". (When he knew I work and live in Zurich, but this was a case in Belgium, limburg, he just trippled his fee. I don't mind paying for experts but this person.. is not one of them nor is the rest of the people in his "office").

However he did just the opposite. he forgot to file certain paperwork, despite me asking him if he had done it already ( seriously how hard is it to make the paperwork ready... I even emailed him a week beforehand reminding him of it.. yes yes it would be done.. no it wasn't). Result the case for me looked less favorable than it should be ( Belgium is a country ruled by law, facts and evidence; not by sentiments, hearsay or what the other party "suggests" but can't validate with facts or evidence)

He, Warnants, even proposed that "I should have to make a compromise", even when i had a sea of evidence that pointed to me as the wronged party. In the end a retrial was needed because there were about 75 procedural mistakes ( this was AFTER i took another lawyer under the arm as counsel). I won that case with the new lawyer in less than 2 months because it was "an open and shut case" ( especially if you are a competent lawyer) while With Warnants it was nearly a year and a half.

Here is my rating:
*Professional: 1/10 ( in the beginning it was a 10/10 but that was due to the reception and the "jibber jabber sales pitch" that lawyers use to lure in customers)
*Competency: 0/10. If a competent lawyer can close a case and that in my favor with extra recuperation of costs et cetera in less than 2 months... If he didn't bother to file the necessary paperwork...
*Price: WAY to high for what you get ( at least for me and others).

Usually I let bad experiences with companies slide but I have come to realize that this is not a good perspective and is a disservice to the community. people should know about bad experiences and make up their own mind.

EDIT: I have spoken to other people and ex clients of this Lawyers office. Of course this is second hand and not verifiable but it shows a systemic red line through this office and what is important for them. it is not winning the cases or even justice/following the law; it is all about money and manipulation. Some of them had to pay first and then the "lawyer" would do his or her job, clearly not what was agreed upon. According to a couple clients, who had written agreements, he just broke them all and said that the agreement they had were "null and void". He was the lawyer you were not. Again second hand but rather telling don't you think?

My final word: For me it was a bad experience and because this man's incompetence as a lawyer, gave a a lot of grief and headaches, all of which could have been avoided if HE WOULD JUST DO HIS JOB CORRECTLY!!!

Heeft mij geen enkele inlichting gegeven over mijn rechten. Wacht ondertussen al 6 maanden op informatie over wat er met mijn klacht gebeurd is die ik tegen onbekende heb ingediend. Heeft me 375 euro aangerekend om zijn mond niet open te trekken. Andere advocaat onder de arm genomen en ik ben na 3 dagen al verder...Prutser. Maar wel ne dure prutser!

Naar mijn mening geen aanrader.
