Love old European churches like this. Very sacred ground historically whether you believe in the faith or not. This tower is the biggest I have ever seen. Very beautiful inside and many beautiful areas on the outside as well. The staff is so nice and accommodating. They are willing to help you in any way possible. Great experience!

Well organized small museum. Many elegant art works.there are detailed multi-language descriptions for almost all the exhibited art works. 7 euro ticket is well worth. The beautiful sculpture of Michelangelo is as also here, it’s the only sculpture outside Italy in his lifetime. Amazing

Visiting old churches is always worth it when visiting old cities in Europe. The artwork is beautiful. The architecture is beautiful. I do love statues of Jesus, Mary, Joseph and any other saint. It was no cost to visit this church in Bruges.

Aside from the widely known Madonna and Child, every corner of the church invites you to learn through the signages installed inside it.

If you are in Bruges, this is a must see. Besides going back to medieval times, you get a sense of how the church and the rulers get along. Some of the artwork is excellent, and this is the place with Michelangelo’s Madonna and child sculpture. You can’t get too close but it is very impressive still. There is a free guide for your phone, and free WiFi. I tried sign in through google three times and it just got tangled up in its authentication. Just go to the “register …” link and it takes 5 seconds.

The wooden statues in baroque style, silver shrine of St. Boniface, golden show graves of Mary of Burgundy and her dad Charles are all fantastic.

The masterpiece however is the marble Madonna by Michelangelo!

A great church!

Brügge’de kaldığımız her gün yolumuzu mutlaka bu köprüden geçirdim, en sevdiğim mimari eserlerden biri oldu. Huzurlu bir bahçesi var. Köprüden çıkışta muhteşem bir müzik eşlik etti bize, hayal gibiydi…

Отличный храм. Его главной достопримечательностью является скульптура Мадонны с младенцем работы Микеланджело, единственной скульптурой гения, вывезенной из Италии при его жизни. Также здесь находятся захоронения Бургундских короля и королевы, бывших властителями Брюгге. Храм светлый, красивый в отличном состоянии. Стоит посещения.

Церква з дуже багатим інтерʼєром, красива та незвичайна. Вхід в неї безкоштовний, а квиток в музей на території коштує 7 євро.
В музеї знаходиться скарб- Мадонна з немовлям роботи Мікеланджело, вона неймовірна🔥
Багато красивих картин , а також гробниці Марії Бургундської та Карла Сміливого також знаходяться всередині

Un hermoso lugar que si visitas brujas no debes dejar pasar, la entrada al museo la cobran con tarjeta.

Etrafıda çok güzel içi de çok güzel.. ücretsiz giriş içinde müze kısmı var ama ben girmedim. Gerek duymadım. Oturup soluklanacak güzel alanlar var etrafında.
