We could say that this place is more à bistrot than a restaurant but it has very little and on the same time gorgeous dishes.

We tasted the beef steak which was excellent. One of the largest amount of steak that we have ever eaten in a restaurant. It was cooked and served with precise attention from the chef. Moreover the duck filet is an amazing coelenterates choice.

We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. We also have to mention that it has very competitive prices and a great list of wines.

A quiet place, nice atmosphere , food is good. Bruges stoofvlees is very soft and tender. It is a bit too sweet for my taste though. Service is great, they serve food fast.

I loved this restaurant. The food is delicious, in fact I loved their Caesar Salad, is the best I had eatten. And they have also the Codfish that is increadible! The sttaf is really nice and gentle! One of the best places to eat in Brugge!

Fine quality at average price at the Bistro. Superb Chardonnay at just €5 per glass and with a ravioli starter smothered in oude kaas nice & hot from the oven.
Main course was vol-au-vent in a sauce with an accent on 'al dente' (au dent?) mushroom pieces.
A bit of mezzopiano contemporary instrumental jazz played lightly as ambience. My bill was €42 which since I normally spend €25-35 on forgettable meals represents extremely good value, as the cooking was of a high order.

In one word: amazing. The food was delicious, surprising, so tasty, and the service was perfect, especially Ilias, the barman, who surprised us with amazing drinks and a wonderful company.

Debe ser una visita obligada en Brujas. La cena fue deliciosa!!! Sin duda, lo mejor que comimos en Brugge; de hecho, en todo el viaje por Europa. Cada plato es un éxtasis.
El chef es extraordinario y tan talentoso como para seguirlo a cada lugar en el que cocine.
El restaurante es súper lindo y acogedor. Los precios son del rango de la zona, pero aquí sí se come riquísimo.

Wij hebben hier 3 x gegeten nav ons verblijf in het hotel. Is een klein maar fijn restaurant in het centrum van Brugge. Het eten is lekker en af en toe zit er een Aziatische toets in de gerechten. De kok is vriendelijk net als de service.

Klein puntje van kritiek:
de muziek stond iets te luid omdat we onder de boxen zaten. Na melding werd dit onmiddellijk stiller gezet -> snelle reactie

Un lieu chaleureux, malgré la langue le serveur a fait son maximum pour nous servir, très pro !

Les repas était fabuleux, une salade caesar à la présentation originale et juste délicieuse ! Une carbonnade exceptionnelle, viande, sauce, frite le tout avec une cuisson parfaite et un goût fabuleux ! Un dessert d'une légèreté, une crème brûlée parfaite !

Désolé pour les répétitions mais je n'ai pas d'autres mots ^^

Vriendelijke bediening en super lekker eten. Een aanrader

Première expérience dans ce restaurant, je n'ai jamais vécue une situation similaire. Une équipe au top, malgré la barrière de la langue (toutes les personnes de l'équipe sont accueillantes et chaleureuses). Un avis 5 étoiles pour le personnel qui en mériterait le double. Le chef Alexandre vient à table nous expliquer la carte, il y a une variété de dingue (1 plat = 1 pays), il est passionné par son travail, il est investi et très très gentil. Je recommande ce restaurant à toutes les personnes qui visitent bruges.
Félicitations et encore merci pour ce repas digne de ce nom.

Zeer lekker gegeten in een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. Wij komen zeker terug!

Zeer lekker eten. Menu 39€ was prijs-kwaliteit dik in orde. Bediening is zeer vriendelijk.

Excellent repas, tres joliment présenté. Rapport qualité/prix au top. Chef multiculturel hyper accessible, passionné et aux valeurs très recommandables.... un ravissement pour vos papilles !

Gisterenmiddag zijn we langs geweest in het restaurant Morningstar op ’t Zand.
Daar hebben we de 3 gangen menu genomen, keuze was er uit 3 voorgerechten, 5 hoofdgerechten en 3 nagerechten.
Lekker gegeten, verse producten met kennis klaargemaakt, super vriendelijk en met zorg geserveerd, meer dan voldoende voor een eerlijke prijs alsook een gezellig kader (mooi zicht op ’t Zand).
We zijn blij dit restaurant te leren kennen, zeker aan te bevelen en komen daar zeker nog terug!
