We loved the restaurant! The whole atmosphere is very relaxing. You should book in advance for sure- same day reservation is rare. We ordered their Summer Vibes menu - and were able to have 6 dishes for 2 people. For sure, mussels is a must try, as well as bluefin tuna. We spent 135 euros (including tip). In NYC dinner like that would cost at least $250-$300. Sit at the counter if you are couple :)

Great culinary experience without any pretentiousness. Creative menu and food packed with flavor and depth. Very helpful, kind staff and vibrant atmosphere in beautiful interior. If we ever stop by Bruges again we’ll definitely come back to try more dishes (and the deserts!)

We took the oysters and then the menu that consists in a starter and a main dish to share and then a dessert per person. I thought it was not going to be enough but we were super full after! Everything was delicious and the service was very nice!! Sit at the counter for full experience.

Warmly recommended in Bruges. On the biggest square of the city LESS offers you an unforgettable taste experience, using top notch ingredients. Service is relaxed but very professional.

Really good experience - from the initial welcome to the dishes - great flavour, perfect portion size (not too big), the experience watching the kitchen work… all in all a lovely afternoon. Also great value for money.

The food was unbelievable, the flavours were delicious. The turbot was the best I’ve ever had.

Great food and fun to watch the service and chefs work. Yes you pay for bread as some critics note. But it is amazing and grilled. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Charges for bread and water. Delicious food, great staff. Need a bit of veggies on the menu, fiber is missed.

Very contemporary interior with great influences of modern Asian kitchen. Dishes are a sharing concept. These guys know their job and perform great. Good pairing of the wines, but steap price for the assortment.

The food and the whole concept of L.E.S.S. are stellar. We had an outstanding evening and were wonderfully spoiled by the entire team!
