Niccolo is a very kind sales person and did not push to sell which i appreciate a lot. I am always impressed by the high quality of friendly service at suitsupply. The fact suitsupply has an indoor tailor for the alterations made it possible to buy the smoking and wear it the same day at the party.

Coming into the store you are greeted by the reception and kindly asked to wait. After finishing your drink (if you took one), an employee will guide you to your desired style while also answering all your related questions. If you go custom, they definitely make sure to measure twice before giving their approval, so that the fit & finish is as perfect as it can be. For my personal experience, the 5 stars are well deserved.

Very satisfied with Suitsupply's customer service. Even if I came earlier than I had booked, there was still someone to help me. Mobin, the man who was helping me, was knowledgeable, gave valuable advice and spoke good English. I found very quickly something that suited me well and that I liked. Overall, a nice experience :)
