Very nice and quirky place to stay. Warm welcome by owners. Lovely breakfast in the room in the morning.
The only negative had to pay in cash.

Miguel and Liesbet are excellent hosts, this is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Great size rooms and facilities excellent. The scrambled egg at breakfast is the best! Only a short walk to the main square in Ypres. The spa and tapas is also very good. Can't wait to go back.

This was truly a wonderful place to stay. The suites were spacious, comfortable, modern and immaculate! We were two couples visiting from Canada, and we were treated to wonderful hospitality. The breakfast was fantastic, and everything down to the pastries were made there fresh. The location is an easy walk to the Menin gate and the museum. There is a very nice restaurant located south near the lake, and there are countless places to enjoy Belgian beer and chocolate nearby. If I could give this 6 stars, I would.

Had an excellent weekend there with my wife. Great little B&B in a beautiful town. We both took full advantage of the wellness treatments on offer.and the private spa. The treatments were really good and very reasonably priced. The owners were extremely helpful and very very nice people. Every morning we would be served a lovely breakfast with fruit, fresh bread, cereals and what has to be the best scrambled eggs I have ever had in my life! I would definitely recommend this lovely place for a stay or for use of the spa.

What a wonderful stay. Hosts are lovely, welcoming people and the accommodation is second to none. Breakfast perfect. Look forward to returning.

Thank you Lisbet and Miguel, we had a fantastic stay in your beautiful property. The property is a very short walk to the centre of town, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable, we slept very well and were gently woken by the lovely church bells ringing out, breakfast was so good, and Lisbet and Miguel are such warm and friendly hosts.
We hope to return.

Was there for one night and it was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. The hosts were really friendly and gave us good info over the surrounding areas.the The spa was a real good bonus.

Schotse vrienden bezochten België voor enkele dagen dus mocht Ieper niet ontbreken op ons programma.
We boekten 3 kamers bij Yoaké.
Wat een vriendelijke ontvangst van gastvrouw Liesbet en schattig hondje Carlos.
De kamers waren heel netjes en verzorgd, wij sliepen in De Loft, gezellige kamer op de benedenverdieping.
De B&B is op wandelafstand van het centrum en ook dichtbij de Menenpoort waar we naar de Last Post gaan kijken zijn.
We vroegen of we samen konden ontbijten en dat was geen enkel probleem. 's Morgens stond een uitgebreide tafel klaar en gastheer Miguel zorgde voor een fantastisch ontbijt met heerlijke omelet, fruitsalade enz... kortom perfect!
Hier komen we graag terug!!
Bedankt ook namens onze Schotse vrienden die een onvergetelijke tijd beleefd hebben!

Hartelijke ontvangst door super vriendelijke mensen, een prachtige kamer, keurige badkamer met fijne douche, een aparte tv kamer met loungebank en minibar, fijn bed, goede wifi, goede airco en alles super schoon. Ontbijt was perfect, ruim voldoende en gevarieerd.
Kortom, deze B&B is een echte aanrader en absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, leuke B&B, recht in het centrum van de stad, alles op wandelafstand, parkeerplaats achter het station was trouwens gratis!

De kamer was netjes, alles aanwezig, zeer compleet.
We komen zeker nog eens terug als de Menenpoort helemaal klaar is.

Super vriendelijke B&B met een persoonlijke touch. Wij sliepen in de zeer mooie loft met gezellige pallet kachel. Ook de kamer was heel proper en fijn ingericht met speciale omkeerbare zetels :-) De originele wellness maakte het verblijf compleet en is meer dan aan te raden. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Wellness Yoake ! Très bon accueil des hôtes à notre service. L’espace bien-être est au top et la chambre était jolie et confortable. De plus, Ypres est une ville avec beaucoup de charme. Je vous conseille ce lieu vivement.
