B&B Fresco

Spent two nights here while touring by motorcycle. Nice clean rooms, a secure garage for the bike and a good breakfast in the morning. Erik and his family are great hosts and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Ideally situated for the museums in Ypres, also for the Menin gate. Erik and his wife, the hosts provided an excellent breakfast, plenty and and all fresh. They also provided space in their garage for our motorbikes.

The best b and b I have ever stayed in. Been there four times now. And have become good friends with Erik and Rosita the owners. They run the most friendly,clean b and b in Ypres. Will be going back again this year for sure.

If you are a biker couple this is the only place to stay, walking distance from Ypres and Erik insisted that my bike was tucked up in his heated garage, such a nice friendly couple its untrue, yes I will be back 11/10

Stayed here and had a great time visiting places were I had been on school tours so wife wanted to see so booked here and was made so welcome and will come back soon

Brilliant spot to stay for anyone visiting Ieper & the war graves.

Super mini hotel

Alles was goed.
Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Als je wat miste, kon je dat vragen en werd het geregeld. Er werd zelfs décafé koffie voor mij gehaald en ook speciaal bruine broodjes voor ons omdat we niet van wit houden. Steeds variatie in het ontbijt en zeer goed verzorgd. Koelkast tot je beschikking en twee verschillende manieren om koffie te maken. Thee zetten kon je ook zelf doen en thee (verschillende soorten) was aanwezig. Ook een magnetron staat tot je beschikking. En een goed werkende TV met oa de drie Nederlandse zenders. Op je slaapkamer ook nog een TV. Wandelen naar centrum ongeveer 25 minuten. Goed te doen. In centrum diverse eetgelegenheden. In stad en omgeving veel te zien. Documentatie daarover is aanwezig in B en B.

Zeer goede ontvangst, ook met ons hondje klikte het goed, rustige ligging tegenover de stad, en een goede uitleg over bezienswaardigheden. ontbijt was goed maar mocht misschien iets meer zijn voor sommige mensen. Voor ons was het wel goed, vers en mooi. Grts Bart en Erna

Une chambre d'hôtes de qualité, clairement une tête au-dessus de toute l'offre en termes d'hôtels 2 à 3* et autres chambres d'hôtes bien au-delà d'Ypres. Ma meilleure expérience en 8 nuitées en Flandre pour ce qui s'est aussi avéré être la nuitée la moins chère hors une nuit en auberge de jeunesse. Des hôtes adorables qui mériteraient d'augmenter sensiblement leur tarifs étant donné la peine qu'ils mettent à donner un service excellent.

An excellent value bed and breakfast, clearly a notch above all other options in 2 or 3-star hotels and other B&Bs far beyond the city of Ieper. My best experience in 8 nights in Flanders for what also was my cheapest (discounting one night in a youth hostel). The hosts are adorable and would clearly deserve to charge for a much higher price given the quality of their service. Commercial hospitality at its best!

Hartelijk welkom geheten door Rosita en Erik. Heerlijk geslapen en zalig ontbijt. De douche is zo fijn dat je er haast niet van onder vandaan wilt. Echt een aanrader.

Ik heb genoten, lekker rustig goed verzorgd en hele fijne en sympathieke mensen🥰

Schoon en verzorgd..veel ruimte..ontbijt is ook prima. Rustig gelegen.
Aardige eigenaars..zeer bereidwillig en behulpzaam!

Hele fijne en zorgzame mensen, kamers zijn keuring schoon, en het ontbijt is heerlijk !!

Rustig gelegen en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Je wordt er werkelijk in de watten gelegd.

Le meilleur c'était le petit déjeuner.
Vraiment un endroit au calm.
