I was attending this dentist for a long period of time.
They were neglecting the gravity of one issue that I have with a tooth implant. They were giving me wrong advises on how to solve the issue that I have. They suggested me on how to brush my teeth properly and how to use interprox gel instead. Instead, they should had made a x-ray since the very beginning.
Now the bone density that hold the implant is dramatically decreased, and I need to go through another expensive long treatment with the hope of recovering properly and not loosing the teeth.
I expect that a professional dentist has all required equipment in place, and all required knowledge to execute the job. This was not the case, as at the end they were just asking me to give them the x-ray made by someone else and also using old data
Now, due to this incompetence I might have a damage that it is irreversible for the rest of my life.
