First time visiting. Warm and professional welcome. Dr. Richard was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed. The procedure wasn’t pleasant but she explained what she was doing, why and the injection was relatively painless. The assistants were great too and explained the prescription process. All in all a great experience, which is not something one says often when visiting the dentist. Thank you for the great service.

Very unhappy with our most recent experience. We rang up to get an appointment to fill cavaties for our 4 year old daughter. The receptionist told us they didn't normally see children but would do it if she was good in the chair.
When there, she was good as gold in the chair, but the dentist said he didn't feel comfortable treating a child. We wasted a whole day, took her out of school, not to mention the trauma for her and the fee we had to pay for this complete lack of service.

Incompetent! After checking standard x-ray doctor couldn’t not see anything and then I paid 3D analysis which is crazy expensive and according to his words ‚best way’ to see the problem. He did not see anything again, although I complained about pain he continued to convincing me it’s nothing. I went to another specialist who could already see from x-ray(no need for 3D) a big problem which needed surgery, which I eventually had.

I was very disappointed. I used to come to the Scandinavian dentist centre but now the quality of treatment as well as the approach to a patient is not the same.

Je suis allée pour un contrôle et doutez sur un dents alors là un truc nul. On m'a fait des radios en ils m'ont dit je n'ai rien. Payé super chère pour rien. Alors qu'il y avait le début d'un caries. Un dentiste doit d'abord penser à la santé des dents puis l'esthétique. Je me suis cru dans un centre d'esthétique pfff. Je déconseille ce clinic.
